Large comfortable spacious rooms. It had two rooms with a bathroom between perfect for a family with kids. Good basic breakfast. The recommend restaurant was great!
Had to turn on breakers for lights to work. Could have been a fluke thing for us though.
Staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Very nice hotel. Thank you to the serving staff at breakfast, very helpful and professional.
The room was very spacious and the breakfast was good.
Location of the hotel.
Excellent breakfast, the large bedroom and the helpfulness of the staff, both in the restaurant and reception ( especially Antonella ).The location was ideal because we had a car and there was sufficient parking. In six days we were able to visit a wide area including Matera, Alberobello,Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Taranto, Polignano a Mare and Bari.
Negotiating the narrow streets of Valenzano itself even with the aid of GPS.
Good hotel in good area
Excelent if you have to wait for your flight from Bari
Good facility overall. Large room in excellent condition. Breakfast was okay. Good value. I wanted something outside of town with free parking. Fit the bill.
A bit hard to find... nothing close by.
exceptional value hotel, very friendly staff. We have been advised to visit Polignano a mare, a beautiful small village on sea shore rocks, just 20 km south to Bari.
Rooms were large, clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, vending machine great!
Reception desk not helpful, no maps available, directions not clear when given.
The hotel was really nice equipped, everything was present for our stay.
The price is maybe too high in comparison with other hotels in the area.
Customer friendly and professionally good reception. Spacious and beautifully furnished room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptionally good and one of the best we have ever had in Italy. Thank you!!!
Nice, big room with a huge terrasse. Helpful staff, big free parking lot.
Far from the city at the middle of nowhere.
the room was very spacious, very good quality/price ratio
I was surprised by the large, clean and comfy room. The hotel is located in a quiet residential park. Good breakfast based on pastry and cakes.
If you don't have a car, it is a bit far form Bari.
Very nice rooms. Good breakfast. Very clean. Nice staff.
Friendly staff, free parking in the hotel's garage, very clean and spacious rooms.
The breakfast could have more salty food, and some fresh fruits. Basically the breakfast contains cakes, and sweet confectionery.
close to Baribairport parking place for car an good breakfast buffet with good coffee
tv only Italian
Elegant and neat interiors.Tasty breakfast.Free internet and car parking.Nice service.
Great hotel for a great price. Actually used to be 4*, but for some reason lost one star. It really feels like a 4* hotel though - it's new, clean and comfortable. Great location for car trips around Puglia/Basilicata and even as far as Campania. It has a business feel to it rather than a holiday one, but that only adds to the comfort. The staff is also very helpful and can be relied on with various issues. The Wi-Fi actually works in the rooms which is a great advantage. There's a free, locked underground garage if there's no space left outside. There's also a surprisingly good little pizzeria very close by, La Norcino Pizza - the pizza there was actually better that the ones in Naples! (They do deliveries, but we recommend eating there, especially on weekends when the owner, Luca, can treat you to some fantastic local specialities as a bonus!)
Location, unless you have a car. It's in a middle of nowhere, so no other way of getting from/to there. The front desk staff doesn't always speak English, which is surprising for such a standard (yet they are still very kind and helpful, like most Italians). Also, the breakfast could include more fresh vegetables and fruit (considering they are available for next to nothing in the region) and could be available longer than until 10am (but that's because it's not a holiday hotel).
Price/Quality is very good. Breakfast. Clean.
