Underground is close to the hotel. Polite and helpful administration. Presense of lift. Fix heating and change the blanket to the real - with blanket cover at least for the winter months. |

The room was comfortable, and the service was good. Breakfast staff were very attentive and the food was good. Unfortunately, my room window (112) was located above a corrugated plastic roof which was very noisy during the heavy rain and disturbed me during the night. |

Convenience of travel to the centre of Milan. Extreme helpfulness and friendliness of staff. It would have been perfect if there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room as I really like a cup of tea first thing in the morning. |

The breakfast was the only thing that was good The bed was way too small, just like a lodging institute, shower was a mere 2ft by 2ft and to enter the shower was an opening of 1 foot. |

The room was very comfortable, and there was a Metro stop literally outside the front door, making it very convenient. It was also convenient to the train station. One staff member was particularly helpful, but another was very unfriendly. |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too small for them to attend to. They were able to converse in several languages. We discussed this when completing the hotel's own evaluation form, but could think of nothing which the hotel could do to improve their service. There was some traffic and underground rail noise, but that was a very minor distraction outside the control of the hotel. |

perfect place to stay for shopping and short walk to the duomo area and designer shops .metro on the doorstep and 7 euros from central station in the cab room could have been brighter and tea making facilities would make it perfect. |

The only positive about this hotel is the location - near the shopping district and Metrol station. The staff was not helpful or friendly. They did not warn you that the Air Conditioning in the room is turned off from 2:00 am - 4:00 pm. The room was difficult to sleep in with no ventilation. |
