Nice clean hotel with reasonable rates and clean rooms. Nothing too fancy here, but a very nice hotel that was located close to the main train station, which made it very convenient. If you are expecting a luxury hotel you might be disappointed, but I found it to be a great place for the price. |

Convenient location to trains and buses. Sufficient restaurants and eateries nearby. Overall, I felt safe, though I didn't venture out too late as it is located close to Termini. There were also nice open markets on street with fresh fruit to keep in the room. |

I choose it from the internet and was on offered rate. I was given room 13 which is close to the reception and living room. There were times people chatting in that area and I can hear them in my room. The hotel does not have emergency exit and in case of fire, I will exit my room window as it is on the 1st floor. The lift is very small just engough to fit my luggage and incase of emergency, there is no way for me to escape. For the wash room, the cleaner did not wipe clean the floor and the rubbish bin is just too small. |

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and it was very convenient-----very close to the Termini Station. I believe the value was good for the rate I paid. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative-------the beds weren't very comfortable for my back |

The shower was nice with hot water and it was very relaxing after wondering around Rome all day. The hotel was in an excellent location. The bed was good. The people in the reception were nice. The room was kind of tiny |

The hotel is clean and the service is brilliant. I find it noisy in my second night due to motor vehicles around the area. |

Easy access to the metro.People who run this hotel were nice and helpful. After we complained of the awful smell and the noise we were moved on the 4th floor in a nice and not that noisy and smelly room. Well, many things we did not like.First we were placed in a room on the first floor-the room was extremly small for the money we paid, the bathroom was really small too, but the worst things were 2- the noice from the restaurant downstairs and the smell- god!We had a feeling we are in the kitchen- the smell of onion, frying oil and ets were disgusting! The noice- not possible to discribe it- starting with the noice from dirty dishes put in the washing machine, the waiters, the street. The window was looking to something like inside yard- probably 9 sq.m with all the washed linen and others....The door is with mechanism- so every time it was opened we heard the noice of the intercom, ringing. The room was on the corridor- the noice from the peop |

The hotel is very close to the metro and train station and very easy to find. Walking distance ( about 20- 30 min) from the hotel to some important historical objectives like The roman forum, Fontana di Trevi. The area was full of cafes and restaurants so food was not a problem, we didn't take breakfast at the hotel. the room was nice and and the service good. |

The location is very good, just few streets to Termini Station. And the workers are good. Very small lift, in fact, the smallest one I have ever seen. The room is also some small, TV is above the wardrobe, too far and too small. |

Nothing really. Housekeeping did a good job, but other than that I would not recommend this hotel. The location was horrible! For one thing it was hard to even find the entrance, it was located in a bad part of town, the general building first floor had the tiniest elevator I have ever seen! We laugh about it now, but my daughter and I didn't feel very safe outside the hotel. The mattress had seen better days and the room was dark and dingy. Worse thing was the location!!!! |
