Small lift minimum facilities
The room and the bathroom were too small. Wifi with poor signal and failed frequently.
Friendly staff. Great location. The room was very clean. Fair value for money.
This is a hotel on 3 floors. The 1st floor where Reception is located. The 2nd floor where there are 5 rooms and the 4th floor where all the rooms are triplets. I stayed on the 2nd floor where all the rooms were facing the street so the noise was quite unbearable. Even with the volume up on the TV, I couldn't hear the program. However the cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort of the room made up for all that noise.
The mattress was divine! The room very large and completely renovated as was the bathroom. The bathroom fittings were of high standard (marble sink). Nice wooden furniture. Large closet. Excellent wifi connection. Excellent helpful staff. Impeccably clean rooms. Equipped with fridge and safety deposit box.
Very clean , welcoming stuff , near the station , quite room
A little expensive and it was like a hidden camera in The room, wifi was really bad conection and during The night it was smelling bad from The neigbhors toilett, otherwise it was ccomfortable and clean.
The room was very clean, it was near to termini station, The bed was comfortable,
Noisy courtyard in early morning
Good value for money. Convenient location: airport shuttle, metro, supermarket. Free city map, staff is ready to give directions
Near Termini! People very friendly!
Double bad were two bass put together, so it was a little bit uncomfortable. Near central station. Breakfast was not really worth it, you could eat better with the same price they charge you in the hotel (3 euros). Wifi in the room was very good. It was noisy in the room, but we could live with that.
Lift was too small. Noise and tobacco smoke from restaurant below.
Hotel staff was very helpful. Conveniently located for transportation and meals.
Despite that there was air conditioning, the one located in the room did not have a remote control. After I asked a member of staff about it, what he tried to explain was not clear. Because I only spent a night there, eventually I decided to let that go. Fortunately, the blanket was very warm, which in a way compensated the lack of heating.
The only drawback was being placed in a room btw the reception and the front door. It was noisy late at night and early in the morning.
It was great
-The elevator is very small. -For our first night, the heating is broken, the room is a bit cold.
-Really great location -Very quiet, no street noise
poor ventilation - small window at a corner of the room and bathroom which does not dry up creating a fungal smell in the room TV - all channels in Italian. size of bathroom - too small
wifi Bed and Beddings Location - 250 metres from the Termini station
Great location, the pice OK. Just next to the train station but very quiet. Helpful staff, situated next door to very good pizzeria. Comfy hotel.
Very very kind and helpful stuff , great communication in english (unlike other italians who they not deign to speak English) Clean hotel in great location. Thanks Fenicia!
Recommendations for food, very hard bed, tiny room, noise, early check out and I was freezing so couldn't sleep
Location and cleaning staff were excellent.
No coffee making facilities in room or reception
Rito was available at all times and really accommodating. Hotel is in a perfect location and very comfortable with a daily maid service
The hotel and the room was quite smelly in the afternoon and evening hours due to restaurants around the area. Unless you shut the windows the room would smell like a tavern's kitchen. No air-conditioning. Very hard to imagine how you can withstand summer highs. Room not swept/cleaned properly . I found hair covering the floor. It's perfect for 2-3 day stay but I would stay there longer.
Excellent location; just a few steps away from Termini Station. Ideal for the ones who use coach transport from/to the airports too. Good prices. The bathroom although small was in excellent condition. Staff were very friendly and supporting. Always with a smile on and keen to help.
Location convenient to where we wanted to visit. Staff was nice, friendly.
The bathroom in room 9 was pretty small but it wasn't a big problem
Very clean small hotel with excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Great location, very clean rooms and friendly staff.
Wifi is bad
They recommended a local restaurant to us which is famous for Pizza. Ask them for the name.
Hot water was hit and miss. Water was hot but no water pressure. When queried was told it was due to others taking showers at the same time. Would not stay there again for that reason alone. No English speaking TV channels. Realise not there to watch TV but like to be able to relax a bit before going to bed. An English speaking news station would have been sufficient.
Location to the train station. Helpful staff. Clean room. Room had a fridge. Plenty of eating places nearby.
the elevator is very tight .
the privacy , calm and the location .
