Hotel staff was very helpful. Conveniently located for transportation and meals.
Lift was too small. Noise and tobacco smoke from restaurant below.
Despite that there was air conditioning, the one located in the room did not have a remote control. After I asked a member of staff about it, what he tried to explain was not clear. Because I only spent a night there, eventually I decided to let that go. Fortunately, the blanket was very warm, which in a way compensated the lack of heating.
It was great
The only drawback was being placed in a room btw the reception and the front door. It was noisy late at night and early in the morning.
-Really great location -Very quiet, no street noise
-The elevator is very small. -For our first night, the heating is broken, the room is a bit cold.
wifi Bed and Beddings Location - 250 metres from the Termini station
poor ventilation - small window at a corner of the room and bathroom which does not dry up creating a fungal smell in the room TV - all channels in Italian. size of bathroom - too small
Great location, the pice OK. Just next to the train station but very quiet. Helpful staff, situated next door to very good pizzeria. Comfy hotel.
Very very kind and helpful stuff , great communication in english (unlike other italians who they not deign to speak English) Clean hotel in great location. Thanks Fenicia!
Location and cleaning staff were excellent.
Recommendations for food, very hard bed, tiny room, noise, early check out and I was freezing so couldn't sleep
Rito was available at all times and really accommodating. Hotel is in a perfect location and very comfortable with a daily maid service
No coffee making facilities in room or reception
Excellent location; just a few steps away from Termini Station. Ideal for the ones who use coach transport from/to the airports too. Good prices. The bathroom although small was in excellent condition. Staff were very friendly and supporting. Always with a smile on and keen to help.
The hotel and the room was quite smelly in the afternoon and evening hours due to restaurants around the area. Unless you shut the windows the room would smell like a tavern's kitchen. No air-conditioning. Very hard to imagine how you can withstand summer highs. Room not swept/cleaned properly . I found hair covering the floor. It's perfect for 2-3 day stay but I would stay there longer.
Location convenient to where we wanted to visit. Staff was nice, friendly.
Very clean small hotel with excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom in room 9 was pretty small but it wasn't a big problem
Great location, very clean rooms and friendly staff.
They recommended a local restaurant to us which is famous for Pizza. Ask them for the name.
Wifi is bad
Location to the train station. Helpful staff. Clean room. Room had a fridge. Plenty of eating places nearby.
Hot water was hit and miss. Water was hot but no water pressure. When queried was told it was due to others taking showers at the same time. Would not stay there again for that reason alone. No English speaking TV channels. Realise not there to watch TV but like to be able to relax a bit before going to bed. An English speaking news station would have been sufficient.
the privacy , calm and the location .
the elevator is very tight .
Location is awesome. Good quality on facilities. Very helphul staff :)
Close to train station walking distance. Little restaurants nearby
Room a it smaller than expected but fine for overnight.
18-20 sqm room, clean and clear romantic enterieur
window to the (very agile) street, very, very narrow stairs and doors (less than 60 cm) no entrance, no balcony or terrace
Great value. Staff were helpful. Close to the station. Breakfast cafe around the corner was good. Well cleaned every day. Good wifi. Good bathroom. Had to stay in this neighbourhood which is always noisy but the room was well insulated.
The staff is able to communicate in English which is a good start in Roma.
The shower room plus toilet is very tiny. The mattress and pillows are now comfortable at all. Definitely a bit small comparing with the photo posted on Internet. Hotel is on 1/F, facilitated with a coffin sized elevator. Approx. 600 x 1000 only. This hotel may suit the budget travelers more in terms of the facilities experienced.
Very easy to find and close to the train station, which was the most important to us. Clean room and bathroom
The temperature of the shower water is not stable, sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot.
