位置很好，有空调。离车站走路5分钟内就可以到达，我们的房间在三楼还比较大的，楼里有几家旅馆，进门的时候需要按门铃就会开门，房东的老先生也比较热情，还会帮你搬行李。 电视机非常小而且在大橱的顶上，感觉有些压抑。虽然沿着的是小马路，不过有时候也会比较吵。 |

Excellent location of hotel allows to use bus or train from Airport to Termini Railway Station, and than just 3 minutes to walk to hotel. It is also one of City Sightseeing Tour bus stop. Noise on the street outsight, even if windows are closed. |

Location - it is very close to Termini station and close to the main attractions. Staff was friendly. The hotel is located on the 1st floor of the building. The room and bathroom was very small, there is no space for bigger luggage and you can hardly turn in the bathroom. However, it is ok if you take it as a sleep over only. What are even worse are the thin walls. You hear your neighbor splashing toilet, you hear if someone talks in the reception. Even though it is a budget hotel, I think you can get more for the price. |

It was easy to access most of the things such as train station, Metro, pharmacy, restaurants, scooter rental, other shops, AC was dirty and old. It smelled bad. When I mentioned it, nice hotel staffs checked and cleaned it while I was gone. nice service! |

It is safe and closed to the Roma Termini train station. My wife likes the security in this family run hotel. There is a Chinese restuarant near by. The street is safe. The WIFI was very good. The room and toilet are clean. The toilet exhaust fan was very noisy. We finally found out the exhaust fan and lamp can switch off individually. The air-con in the room was good at about 22 C degress. But will start icing at below 18C degree. |

Nice and central (just around the corner from Termini train station) and very easy access to everything. Hotel was pleasent enough and clean, but rather expensive due to the Champions League Final being held in Rome. I would suggest 40/50 euros per night not the 97 my girlfriend and i had to pay for a double room each night. |

The staff is extremely helpful and well-informed about city transport between major attractions. Very near to Termini station. There was no additional plug points in the room, had to unplug the TV and refridgerator to recharge mobile / camera battery. Not big deal though. |

The owners/managers are very nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient to the train, metro, and bus stations. Some travel guides say this area is a bit sketchy or dodgy, but we found it to be just fine. And the hotel rooms (we stayed in two) are very pleasant for their size. Like most hotel rooms in Rome, the rooms are not very large for the price. |

The staff was great and they fullfulled my requests! They really are sweet people. Walls too thin. Very noisy. Keys were hard to work... would have been scary if there had been a fire. |

close to the train station & easy to find, air conditioning worked well, front desk helpful T.V. didn't work, the elevator was very tiny- only 1 person & suitcase at a time, small room, no breakfast included - available for a charge |

The staff was very warm and friendly, the room small but clean and comfortable. This was the only hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy that provided us with free use of their computer with Internet access. Location was convenient (block from train station) but a bit seedy. |
