The rooms are kept tidy and clean, the room maidens save the day for the entire staff. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The surroundings are quiet, and the walls thick. The reception personel do their job and are very polite and correct, but a course in smiling and normal phrases like "Hope you have enjoyed your stay" or "Have a safe trip home" wouldn't hurt. The hotel could also do fine having another internet point (but the one present worked very well). |

Nice Hotel, secure location, great bus connections, friendly staff We stated to the reception that we want to pay the shuttle to the airport with credit card. We also reminded it at the night before our departure. However we had to pay with cash as the driver told us that he was not informed that we wanted to pay with credit card. |

Great location in a leafy street but still central enough for ease of access to everything youwould wish to see. Restaurant closed for dinner Saturday and Sunday nights. Must be primarily business focussed. |

friendly helpful staff made us feel welcome and gave a personal touch you don't get in big chain hotels. although out of the city centre, the sights are not far away and express buses pass nearby, and are frequent and cheap. The hotel was great value for money with very comfortable accomodation |

The room was lovely and the door to the balcony was very sound proof which is good because the street is noisy. The staff were courteous and professional. Free internet was good . Breakfast was excellent. Bus stops were very close. A restaurant, called Pepe Verde was fabulous and just a short walk on via gorizia ! The location was good for me because I knew the area and bus system but it is not really central. The room was warm and the air conditioning had been shut down. Opening the door let in the mosquitos and a lot of the street noise. |

Nice, quiet hotel after a day of walking in hustle and bustle of Rome City.Breakfast was good and we had dinner one evening and it was nice. Used the lovely garden a couple of nights. Small point - tiny bar if one decided to stay in - suit the more mature person. Walk from Bologna Station was 9 minutes to hotel but bus outside hotel into City was very handy but could be publicised more by the hotel with maps. |

The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of very good breakfast items and a friendly staff. The hotel is in a fairly remote area of Rome, however it is right on the bus line and about 1/3 mile from the metro. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood and we took full advantage of the reasonably priced and excellent quality family restaurants just down the street. Overall, I felt that the hotel was a nice respite and comfortable place to be after very busy days exploring Rome. The bathroom was "Italian" style, meaning a shower with a glass door that leaked water into the drain in the middle of the bathroom. I guess it was designed that way but it seemed odd to me. Otherwise our room was quite comfortable. |

I liked to be a little out of the city to relax at night Poor directions from staff, arrived on a Sunday and direct contact by email with the staff they gave me directions to take a bus that did not run on Sunday. Water leak in our room 4/5 nights, moved once but new room leaked as well. No clock in room. |

Nice breakfast buffé in the garden; very friendly, familiar and helpful staff. Peaceful surrounding Situated outside the city center, but busses left very frequently ( 5-10 min intervals). Bus stop just outside the hotel, 10 min walk to subway directly to Colosseum |

Near bus stops for center of Rome only 20 minutes away. Breakfast was nicely served in garden with adequate variety and amounts of food. Old rooms and building, poor AC, beds were not comfortable. Charged for late check out half the daily rate- a bit too much, but we did it anyway. |

There was free internet in the reception and a printer, very handy.Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very helpful. You can also buy bus tickets from reception which is also recommended as not many tabacchi's around until u get into town. Beds are very comfy! The city centre was a bit further away than you are led to believe by this site, but buses go frequently from just down the road. |

This was a clean and nice hotel, I enjoyed my stay here but would have been nice to have been told the restaurant was closed for August before we booked. The staff were ppleasant but not outstandingly friendly except for Hossain.... the chef who made us a fantastic breakfast day after day... he is an asset to this hotel due to his hosting and welcoming manner. Thank you Hossain for looking after us at breakfast. (the tea drinkers) |
