Very comfortable spacious with quality furniture. Quiet area Obliging staff
Rooms were excellent, breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helped guide us around the metro system.
Location is a bit far from any metro, though there is a bus around the corner but was always crowded. Far from the attraction nothing really good near by. Great for business but not for seeing the sights.
Great hotel, very beautiful and very helpful staff. Nice location.
room comfort, jacuzzi, breakfast, garage option, free internet
Position, wide room
Old building, poor air conditioning
Cleaning staff were great and outside was fabulous too
Fantastic staff, that went above and beyond. Any requests we made they helped straight away. The excellent staff made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel; wifi, breakfast, rooms, hot water, beds all were excellent. The location is a little out of the city but we enjoyed that a lot more; it was safer and gelato, groceries and other shops were much cheaper. I would recommend this hotel.
Fantastic location with easy access to center with bus routes.. brilliant comfy bed delicious breakfast.. perfect!!
Bed was sooo comfy we didnt get up till later.. nothing negative really!!
A pleasant surprise. Excellent location with good connectivity with hi to rock centres but away from the busy hustle. Staff at reception vert helpful.
None as such
Welcoming attitude, friendly service cleanliness and customer care. Stylish surroundings.
Great location - out of main town but within easy access of Piazza Venezia and the main rail station. Quiet residential neighbourhood with lovely local non-touristy restaurants. Staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Great breakfast!
The Fenix were nearly fully booked, and they didn't have the availability of rooms stated on booking.com - this lead to one of our party getting a room upgrade and one not, which meant we both paid the same for very different facilities. Staff struggled to understand when asked where the plug socket in the room was, and got annoyed when we tried to explain.
The location was good... you could easily get a bus to the centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The position and the spacious room, the breakfast, and the restaurant area. Room was silent. Parking facility.
the moquet in the entrance and all corridors, it is oldish.
The price, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness
The room (32), and the fact that you didn't have day bus tickets (only single journey) which made it hard to get around Rome because there are not many bus ticket machines, and the tabacs were closed (Sunday)
Breakfast was very good. Travel to sights was very easy. Bus tickets were available at reception. Some of the staff were extremely helpful
The lobby area was very dirty. The first man we met at reception was so unhelpful, we felt we had chosen the worst place to stay but the next morning the lady there was so so helpful and explained getting to town so easily. (sorry dont have names).
Everything was perfect. I really did like Hotel Fenix. I'll come back :)
fine furniture, space in the lobby to work, free wifi
single room very small
The staff was friendly and helpful with bus and train information. The room was beautiful and the bed was soft and comfortable.
The bathroom was clean but there was mold in the corners of the shower. The staff serving in their restaurant was aloof and unobservant.
Breakfast food was good and nice. Staff are very helpful. Location is good inspite that it is not in the city center but bus is just 20 m away from the hotel where u can go to city center in 10 min.
Room is old. Old floor old beds and old furniture. Photos on the website are for another hotel I think
This is a nice hotel and extremely good value for the money by Roman standards. For business travelers, it has a good restaurant within the premises, which comes in handy, given that the area is fairly residential. Nice rooms, good breakfast.
District is very pleasant, calm and clean, just 10 minutes by tube from Termini and city center. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Clean rooms. Wi-fi.
On the 2nd day of stay breakfast became from normal to poor and bakery was unfresh (remain from yesterday), lack of fruits. But first breakfast was fine. A bit old and old-fashioned furniture and interior but someone might like it. Single room is small but hey, for 1 person it's enough.
Easy to get to down town Rome by Metro and Bus.
The staff at the reception could have been a little more friendly.
Location, price, clean, good area
