very friendly staff, really helpful. Rooms very comfortable, bathrooms large and spacious..nice compact hotel

nothing to dod with hotel, but taxis are a rip off, be careful and just dont pay what they ask..

This hotel is not a proper 4 star but is ok for an overnight stay. Location is close to airport and central station.

The room was very hot and AC was not working at the time.

The building is bright and easily recognisable. The rooms were clean. Reasonably priced.

The room had marks on the walls and the windows are small which makes the room look dark. The area around the hotel is not nice, very dirty with rubbish left on the road and streets. Breakfast was very basic. The gentleman on reception wasn't very helpful, we asked about getting a ferry to Sorrento and he told us to get the train as the ferry costs €90....turns out the ferry cost €12!?!

The staff was really pleasant and helpful especially when they wrote me right away that I left my wallet in the lobby after I checked out. They made every effort to make sure that it was quickly sent back to me. I can't say thanks enough for this. Previous positive reviews is why I booked with this hotel in the first place. Thank you Hotel Ferdinando II staff!

Very clean with a great set-up of the bedroom. The hotel staff were friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

No english tv channels

Very nice clean hotel. I only stayed one night for its proximity to the airport. As the hotel goes a longer stay would be no problem. My room was very large for a hotel in Europe and the bathroom was nice size. It had very good shower which is always a nice surprise. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well.

The big downside to the hotel from what I could tell in my short stay is the area. There did not appear be much of anything within walking distance. I don't know Naples that well but the general area around the hotel is not very appealing.

A luxury haven in the middle of hectic Naples! We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel, it is a 4 Star Hotel (well the best 4* hotel that we stayed in in Italy on). Even though we were staying on the front-side, facing the busy road, the double-glazing cut out almost all of the noiss, giving us a very peaceful night's sleep. Great shower, 42" Plasma tv with Sky, Air Con, and less than 10 minutes (at 8am) from the Airport. The National museum was a 10/15 minute walk away (unfortunately closed when we went) but there are some great spots (piazzas) within walking distance and near-by restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful, you may not want to venture into Naples at night for a meal, the reception staff ordered us Pizza to our room - an excellent hotel!

Scarsa pulizia ed assenza completa di manutenzione: lenzuola e copriletto vistosamente macchiati, sporcizia in camera ed in bagno, finiture ed arredi estremamente trascurati seppur di pregio.

è un hotel 4 stelle che forse non ne meriterebbe neanche 3. la pulizia è a dir poco carente (federe macchiate, formiche in camera e in bagno, soffione della doccia pieno di calcare) e ci sono parecchi segni di trascuratezza, come ad esempio delle crepe nei muri, intonaco caduto vicino gli attacchi di una mensola e chiare macchie di umidità in un controsoffitto in legno. Tengo a precisare che la nostra camera era SUPERIOR!!

La posizione e la struttura sono nel complesso buone!!

La pulizia....il pavimento piuttosto sporco e per niente adeguato ad una struttura a 4 stelle!!!!!!!

проживали на 4 этаже на котором были видны следы протекания крыши (обшарпанные стены с облупившейся краской и штукатуркой). так как завтрак проходит на 5 этаже (крыша) утром с 8 до 10 было невозможно спать - так как постоянно был слышен скрежет от перетаскивания стульев и столов. во всем здание не работал кондиционер, при этом если в первые дни нам говорили, что он сломан и его починят, то только на третий день нам сказали правду: "сейчас слишком холодно и мы его не включаем" - хотя погодка стояла 25-30 и в номере под вечер было очень жарко. отель находится в очень грязном районе города, огромное количество мусора, очень сильно разрисованы стены, много индийцев и африканцев. ужасный завтрак.

Camere rumorose per traffico stradale. Garage convenzionato in posizione assurda e assolutamente scomodo. Prima colazione scarsissima sia per il livello che per la qualità. Hotel classificabile max 2 stelle.

Las recepcionistas eran muy amables.

El desayuno era terrible. Estaba todo terminado y habia que negociar con una chica bastante cortante la reposición de los pocos elementos de bajísima calidad. En el hotel todo estaba roto; el ascensor, tapa del inodoro, la ducha no tragaba bien, el mando de la TV... la dejadez en estado puro.

Ascensore guasto non segnalato.... Scale strettissime terzo piano con valigie.... Neanche un facchino.

La cortesia del personale, la pulizia nelle camere, l'ubicazione in un quartiere tranquillo di Napoli, ottima posizione anche per lo shopping.

I cuscini troppo morbidi (ma è solo la mia opinione!!!), il resto è stato tutto perfetto!

Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, trotz straßenseitiges Zimmer relativ ruhig.

Ho apprezzato molto il design della stanza e del bagno.

Unica nota stonata: assenza di un balconcino nella mia camera!
