The only positive thing was the welcome:there was a girl who smiled at my arrival and gave me all the info I Needed. I've never seen her again in 2 days.
If your option is between choosing between this hotel and sleeping under a bridge, please choose this hotel. But if you have any other possibility, choose that one. This hotel Isn't worth its name. Ok, it is very cheap and near Termini, but there are many negative aspects you should consider before booking: -anybody can enter the 4th floor of this palace, where the rooms are situated. This made me feel VERY unsafe -the rooms smell of fried food because their windows face the yard of a restaurant. To reduce the smell the staff uses cheap parfume. The result is disgusting. -The heating is shut down. In December. -The tv doesn't work. -Ok, so let's use the WiFi. Nope. It doesn't work either. -The cleanliness is not their strenght. I found hairs in my bed. -The shower: at a height of 2 meters. No hooks for your towel. After using it it smells terribly. -The walls: very thin. You can hear everything from the other rooms. So if a thief is breaking in you can hear him (I'm not sure if this could be a positive aspect) -Most important: they are not responsible for stealing. So you could return to your room after a day in the city not finding your luggage, without having a response by the hotel. Anybody could break in without problem. -Breakfast: very old croissants and bread, jam, chocolate cream, black tea or coffee, peach yoghurt and cornflakes. In the meanwhile 3 men who stare at you as if you were a criminal. This happens all in one room: the reception.
The location was quite excellent, close to Termini Station and within walking distance to many sights. Good restaurants nearby. Fresh towels everyday if you put them on the bathroom floor and want a change.
Staff was commonly friendly but didn't understood or spoke English well. Communication was quite difficult if you had any complex question. We asked for a Queen size bed during booking and received a room with two single beds which got stuck together with a bed sheet ... as our stay wasn't for too long we didn't bothered to file a complain as we were just tired from the trip and tried to get some rest.
-Location, near train-bus station
Bad reputed location, Not clean bathroom Not good breakfast
Dirty and loudly. Staff talked all the night and you can hear everything in the room.
clean, very nice staff, breakfast ok
noisy room (you can hear everything from the next room)
Location - close to Termini station.Staff very helpful although English is not their strong suit (nor should it be really). Breakfast is very good and there is a machine that dispenses excellent coffees. Rooms are quite quiet for the area which can become very noisy at noght.
Elevator (lift) started on 2nd floor. There are 3 hotels in the same building all using the elevator.
Location was good for transportation and seeing the sights. There was a much needed elevator to serve the several small hotels in the building.
Very noisy with the window open and air conditioner was extra on the room charge. Staff seemed to 'tolerate' having guests. Room cleaning didn't happen daily.
It was near the main subway station Termini which connected us very easily to other parts of the city and airport.
Very small room and bathroom and not quite clean. Also, the room isolation was poor therefore we couldn't have a proper sleep.
Good breakfast and great night's sleep.
Stairs to 4th floor. Lift slow and not always available.
Location we needed to be very near the ROme Termi
Small room, poor breakfast; just appeared dingy although it seemed clean
- Easy to find - Rooms enough space - Bathroom clean - Did not try the breaks fast - Goods just to go to sleep
- Only italian channels to see on the tv - You could hear people walking on the hallways - Not much confort
There's an extra charge for aircon
The location was fabulous , close to transport, food and the attractions. The hotel was basic but it was clean staff were friendly :)
1. Smelly room 2. Smelly towel 3. Small room still tolerate but bathroom too small (very very small) 4. Room lock doesn't work and they don't do anything about it. 5. Elevator don't start at 0 floor instead 1 floor, had to use a bit escalator 6. TV it's just 5 channels 7. That's why they charge immediately when booking 8. No air conditioner, had to use window where all the noise from the street get through 9. Couldn't sleep comfortable at all 10. Price for quality? better check for more hotels from two station nearby, it's even cheaper for more quality
Location was great. Easy walk (1.5 kms) to most sites and very easy to/from Termini clean and comfortable Staff friendly Felt safe in area of hotel
Stairs. Had elevator but slow
The location was great very nearby to the station where you can catch bus, metro or trains. Breakfast included croissants, bread, boiled eggs, cereal, juice and coffee. They keep your luggage after you check out for free. Free and GOOD Wifi service all the time.
Rooms extremly small and area is very noisy during the night. The hotel is in a building block with other small hotels and is like a whole apartment itself. Rooms 1,2,3 are 2 to 3 steps away from the reception where you hear even the phone calls.
Location and value
All the rest..mainly..stuff..
Great location for train and getting to airport. Great staff.
Having to climb staircases with luggage
in the center of Rome , very close to termini station
i was lost for an hour, there was no sign for the hotel. internet only in restaurant which was very small
very good location and quite, very helpful staff at the reception
The proximity to Termini Station as I had to do a lot of travelling during my stay. I guess it might be good if you are on a vacation and you budget is tight. Staff very friendly.
It is a 2* hotel and in my opinion there's not much to like in 2* hotels in general. This aid the hotel description was accurate, I knew where I was going and what i was going to get so no complaints whatsoever.
For the price we paid we were happy with choice. Very clean. Nice Staff. Ample breakfast. Extremely close to Termini Station which is what we were looking for. You do have to pay extra for air conditioning but we didn't worry for one night. I would only use as a one or two nighter. If your budget allowed there is certainly nicer accommodation in Rome (the week before we had apartment overlooking Colosseum), but certainly good for budget conscious!
Lift didn't work properly.
Downtown, near termini . Got a better pillow when i asked. Nice sheets
Very hard beds, the staff could be nicer. Many things can be changed more positive in this "hotel ". The interior seems very 90's....
Proximity to railway and metro. Courteous staff!
Very helpful staff, nice place to stay
