Location and value
All the rest..mainly..stuff..
For the price we paid we were happy with choice. Very clean. Nice Staff. Ample breakfast. Extremely close to Termini Station which is what we were looking for. You do have to pay extra for air conditioning but we didn't worry for one night. I would only use as a one or two nighter. If your budget allowed there is certainly nicer accommodation in Rome (the week before we had apartment overlooking Colosseum), but certainly good for budget conscious!
Lift didn't work properly.
Downtown, near termini . Got a better pillow when i asked. Nice sheets
Very hard beds, the staff could be nicer. Many things can be changed more positive in this "hotel ". The interior seems very 90's....
Proximity to railway and metro. Courteous staff!
Very helpful staff, nice place to stay
Staff is friendly, location is really good, very close to Termini station.
There is elevator from first floor but No elevator from ground floor.
The location is prime. AC worked better than expected. Breakfast is fine. I just stayed overnight. It's worthwhile for a short stay
The bathroom reeked of a very strong odor. Otherwise, it may have been fine.
quite close to train station
breakfast-better than nothing
Location was great! Close to train station. Was very simple but okay for one night.
No toilet paper...bit strange. No internet in the corner room was really inconvenient.
The room is okay. Good breakfast btw.
When I open the window of my room, I see a filthy dumpster place just right outside my room. The surrounding was filled with non-locals Italian. And bear in mind, I have nothing against these ppl but I had plenty of words of advice from family and friends to beware as pickpockets are a norm there. The place seems kinda dodgy as well. Just hold on tight to your belongings. The staffs have very poor English command.
Staff very very kind Room and hall very clean Very near to Termini station
very small room rooms near the reception even if this did not disturb us
Very close to the central station -very convenient for tourism reasons.
Indifferent breakfast, everything was sweet, nothing saulty.
Breakfast was good.Friendly Staff and the location was very convienient.Walking distance to the Station.
For the price I paid it was a good deal as the self service breakfast they provided, the staff in the breakfast room is excellent he treated us very well, the location is excellent just a hop from the hotel you have everything and central station is 150 meters away but i paid 20Euro for taxi(initially the taxi driver asking for 45Euro) , you have to pay extra for the air cond becaus the room is fresh enough so we did not require air cond, just be careful it has a few hotels in the same building block one has a very similar name.
This hotel was in great location right next to the central train and metro station in Rome. Rooms were clean and comfy and great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Reception was 24 hour which was perfect for us as we had to check-out at 4am.
There was a rather limited choice of breakfast. Hotel could have looked brighter and cheerier - I wouldn't have wanted to stay for more than my 2 nights! Good for a stop-gap though.
placing nearby main station staff kind
Breakfast - no big choice long waiting for lift
Close to Roma Termini Close to halal food
You have to pay for the aircond No elevator from the ground floor to the reception
No facility for making calls outside from the hotel, lack of cooperation, lifts dont work morning, had to drag suitcase from 4th floor.Poor interaction with the customers.
-The position is great, at 3 minutes walking from Termini station - I did the check-in late at night, and the staff was available - I asked for having breakfast before the normal starting time, and that was not a problem.
- The conditioning system was very noisy - The room was very small - Medium cleaness
Location near Termini station. Close to many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Colosseum. Safe in room.
Composition of furnitures make it hard to connect fridge which is in a room.
Location is good. two streets from Termini Station. You can walk to all things worth seeing of Rome. Supermarkets and lots of stores near
Staff was terrible, speak very little english or Italian (foreign people) were rude during breakfast and checkin, not helpful at all. Breakfast was poor, coffe tasted very bad and the choices insufficient. Room was ok, but there were ants and other insects. If you arrive at Termini and are only staying a short time, its fine, its what you pay for.
Proximity to café downstairs. Lift was useful. They let us leave our cases there after checking out on the last day.
Couldn't get TV to work. A little bit noisy late at night.
The place must be renovated: the paint went off in many places The beds are uncomfortable The elevator does not go to the ground level
The hotel and the building need to be clean. It scares you when you arrive in a place that is not clean.
3 - 4 hotels in the same building, security doors like prison..
