Central location, well connected with most of the attractions & public transport. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Breakfast could have been a better.

5 minutes from Termini on foot, excellent breakfast(we ate once at day outside), every-day service, nice sleep, quiet floor(we were at the hotel only the night)

old building, we stayed 3 nights-they didn't change towels and sheets, seemed a little expensive(110 euro/night, 3 people)

If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is the place. Well located next to train station Termini, Hop-On Hop-Off sightseeing Bus, restaurants, etc. Accomodation is good. Good breakfeast included, elevator

No a/c, Showers could be a little cleaner

Room was clean, new towels were given nearly every day. very close to the train and 10 minute walk to the Colosseum .reasonable the its price

The hotel is located not in the nicest are, luckily there r many tourist around to make it feel a bit safer but still would recommend heading back to the hotel not to late. The walls are very thin, some things that are heard from close rooms are not recommended for children ears. Didn't have wi-fi in the room

This hotel is so close from the station. There are good rooms with new bathrooms, totally clean and confortable. The only inconveniences were the wi-fi that doens't work in the room and the breakfeast that was quite poor.

Very Good Position

Very good location. Responsible reception. Near a very nice resturant. With elevator!!

Facility was a bit old.

Location is brilliant, just two minutes walk from Termini station and within easy walking distance of various other key sites (E.G. Collosseum, Vittorio Emanuele ii memorial).

Although a resonable size, the facilities in the room were extremely basic: no kettle or coffee making facilities, the strong-box/safe didn't work, only a few Italian channels on the television and the toilet was literally in the shower! The breakfast was below average.

The Hotel is just one floor,in a large building shared with other Hotels, which have other floors. About 4 Hotels in one building. Confusing at first,But quite common in Rome it seems. Plumbing leaves a bit to be desired, But you get what you pay for,

Lovely team allowed to use their printer and then check-out leave things until the evening

Insects in bathroom

Excellent location, very close to the tourist site and train station.

The shower is terrible.

Bed sheets were clean when we arrived. Clean towels were provided. A hairdryer is available at demand, for free. For breakfast you can have coffie, orange juice or "hot chocolate", plus croissants, bread with nutella, cheese, butter/marmelade, boiled eggs or saussages. Elevator.

Bathroom was not cleaned daily. Aisle floor is made of ceramic tiles, so everytime a guest walked along it with a trolley, a annoying sound was made.

A great place to stay. Close to everything if you like a bit of a walk. Enough to eat for breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and found everything just fine.

The included breakfast was very good. Clean rooms. Not very noicy during night. No problem to sleep!

Was hard to control shower. Either it was ice cold or to hot.

The breakfast had eggs and sausages, thats no common on those hotels.

Kind of unclean

THe location is very good , just 5 minutes near the train station , and you can go anywhere easily . Staffs are nice and freindly. Breakfast is good as a value of this room price .

Location and staff were so good. Breakfast was not bad. Price was good.

we could hear other room. Wi-fi was not good.There were alot of ants on the wall and floor. They cleaned them but it was not enough.we became friends with ants. Walls were not clean.Bathroom was very small. we couldn't take shower comfortably.

Near to the train station. The staff are very kind and enthousast.

The decoration of the room was poor, which made the room dull and cold. The heater was weak.

The hotel was good value for money. Restaurants on your doorstep. Staff friendly. Room large and clean. Has a fridge.

The area is not that great as it is near the termini. But reataurants not bad. Cheap.

place and price

Nice hotel very close to Termini station. We arrived very late (at 2 a.m. - our plan was late), however he hotel staff was very friendly and checked us in very quickly. The room is not big, however enough to stay a couple of nights. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. Windows were to the street, and it was a little noisy in the morning. But it was not a problem.

The bathroom and toilet are with stairs - it was not very safe for a child, however it does not worsened the total impression of the hotel.
