Unlike the other hotels in the area, this hotel have new and modern furniture. The room is clean and comfortable. Parking is not problematic in the night |

location, lack of parking Difficult to locate as the sign blends in with the building. We missed the hotel while driving by looking for it and again on th second go round. |

The front desk staff was the best that we encountered during a month long visit to Italy. They were knowledgeable ,and pleasant and really set the tone of hospitality. The hotel is small but the rooms were not cramped and though the train station is convenienttly nearby the rooms were soundproof. The beach and the old city were near and we liked the location very much. The breakfast was good and we would choose Ferrari again. We asked for the most accessible rooms because we were worried about the lack of an elevator. The stairs proved to be easy for us seniors--they are not steep and there is a landing midway so they posed no problem. |

buffet du petit dejeuner correcte. mauvais reglage de la climatisation dans les chambres. le Personnels ne parle pas un mots de francais. la vue depuis les fenetre de l'hotel laisse a desirer. Aspect exterieur de l'hotel mediocre ne correspond pas avec l'interieur. |

Personnel très serviable, très agréable. Par téléphone j'ai réservé une 2eme nuit, qui a été facturée à 70€ (single) et 120€ (double) au lieu de 50 et 90 respectivement pour la première nuit, sans en avoir été avertie. A part cela, très satisfaite. |
