The owners are so kind and warm. The place was clean and Hemmingway would have stayed there. Brekkie was great and fresh. Overall, the owners are kind, warm and lovely.

Very clean room and very nice and helpfull staff; free cofee all the time. Very good position, very close to Colosseum, 2 metro stations and all main attractions in Rome.

The fact that is no 24 hours open reception is a thing that might be improved, because if you have a lot of luggage, is not pleasure to go and look for the key to a restaurant around the corner.

Location of the hotel is perfect and wonderful in the center of Rome. Near to Cavour Metro, Colleseo and to the Historic Center. Nice and clean room. Friendly and very helpful staff. I reccomend this hotel.

It is very close to Colosseum and a lot of other attractions. The metro station Cavour is only a few hundred metres away. My room was simple but always nice and clean. The bathroom was okay, too. The speed of the internet was not fast but acceptable. The staf was always helpful. The typical Italian breakfast is served in a nice café only 50 metres away from the hotel. During the day you have free acces to a cup of coffee next to the reception.

The noise of the compressors to the air conditioning which is placed directly below each window to the bedrooms disturbed me (Mine was turned off). You have the opportunity to go to a very small fitness center about 300 metres away from the hotel but you have to pay 10 euro (which is okay if you write it on the home page).

Noisy street; isolation could have been better.

I stayed in the secondary property of the hotel and the room is much bigger than on the main property. It may be disconcerting at first if you arrive at night because there is no reception. You have to go to their restaurant in Il Cordello which is one corner away. But once you make contact, they staff are very friendly and accommodating and willing to answer all your questions. Location is great for the sights (5 mins from Colosseo) and Termini is just one stop away. Lots of dining places even late at night. Even if i

el ubicacion fue muy bueno, muy cerca al colesseo y tambien cerca de otros lugares como trevi. el hotel, tiene la maquina del coffe, gratuita 24 horas. los trabajadores del hotel, son muy amables y simpaticos. no fue barato, pero en relacion con los precios de los hoteles en Rome, me parece que es buen economico.

It is situated in the center of the city.

The room given was not in the hotel. It is in a different place...more than 200 meters away from the hotel. The room was rinnovated in an aged old building... And the other parts of the building are left as they are....not rennovated, scary stair case, no lights, not clean, lot of water inside during rain.....on the whole there is no atmosphere of a hotel. We should have been informed about the change of address before. We got down at the address of the hotel, but, had to search for the key of the room in a restaurent about 100 meters away, and had to drag our luggages another 200 yards for the room. The bath room had minumum lights, and the shower did not function properly....on the second day, the lights completely failed in the bath room. Only, one day, the breakfast was brought, and the other days we had to go to the hotel (more than 200 meters away) for the breakfast. The picture given about the hotel in Booking.com is much different from the picture of the real place where we had to stay.

Very nice, I liked it there, nice staf, and nice room, good location. I recommend it for couples who would like to see the city.

Some small few things that could be improved, related to the fact that there is no 24 hours a day receptionist, a bit confusing, specially if you arrive late at night or in bad time where no one is around and you don't have phone to call.. Thanks

Location is perfect and safe. Room was clean and ok.

You might get another room rather than the one you booked. But mine was good. If you go there after 6pm, reception will be closed, and you will have to collect your keys in a restaurant. There was no hair dryer in my room, even it is seen in the pictures.

Hotel Ferraro is a truly good combination of a decent quality and an affordable price. I have only the best impression about the hotel. Very good location, friendly staff, nice room, everything is clean and neat, has a conditioner, breakfast is included in the price. I really recommend this hotel.

a 20 minutos o 10 cuadras de roma termini, de afuera no parece un hotel, mas bien un edificio de 100 años, olor a viejo, llegamos de noche y no había nadie, tuvimos q ir a buscar una persona a un restaurante para q nos abra el hotel, la habitaci{on amplia pero al estilo del hotel (vieja), colchón de piedra, la ducha separada del baño dentro de la habitación, si vas con un niño te ve cuando te bañas, la tv de 14", a 2 metros de altura, el desayuno en un restaurant abajo a 10 mts, modesto, creo q para lo que cobran 93 E por noche hab. doble. es demasiado.
