Friendly Staff The view and access to the beach was great
WiFi only available in Restaurant (not in rooms)
The staff and venue are beautiful we were the only couple staying there and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome we even had an im-promto cooking lesson with the chef. What a lovely pleasant stay we had
Spending only 1 night here would love to stay longer
Restaurant mainly seafood and expensive.
breakfast was one of the best! with an excellent view!
Looks like a hotel managed by a family, the facilities and views are the best part of the hotel. There is a tennis court, swimming pool, private beach, all the surroundings are very pleasent and relaxing. Its a great hotel to spend a couple of days just relaxing and enjoying the sights
Staff could improve on their english although it was not a big problem for us because we understand italian. The rooms are not terrible but definetly not the best part of the hotel. Still we recommend the hotel because of the outside facilities
Location on a beautiful beach with sunsets.
Old property. Difficult to reach, or walk to town.
Location, nice view, good restaurant....
Sunbeds in front line were mostly reserved by non-hotel guests (local Italians). Breakfast menu rather poor - just to survive till lunch time.
The location is amazing. The bay is stunning, as is the private beach and the swimming pool. Dining on the seafront also looks great.
Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean, although a little basic 12 inch TV ? Not that its that important if you want to stay and watch TV stay at home....lol. Restaraunt food was very good quality and a at a good price. Location id good if your after a quiet stay, main town is 2 euro on a bus or 12 in a taxi , so not bad.
could do with a few more staff members, many were multi tasking and you had to wait for them at the bar. I like a quilt , not just a sheet and blanket, even if it is hot. Shower area a little small, overall bathroom size OK.I travel quiet a lot and normally stay at " corporate chain hotels, so maybe i was expecting a little to much from a small independent place
The propietier did book us elsewhere& honoured the deal
The propierter over looked our booking . Went the extra to accomate our booking . Also we tried to extend 1 week prior for 1 night but didn't get reply . Lots of mosquitoes also
Friendly staff, hospitality, lovely sea view in second floor and a nice terrasse, charming accomodation, good beds, ok breakfast, beautiful beach and pool, good restaurant, bartender Matheo was great, really loved his taste for good drinks,
Small rooms. The front row on terrasse by the beach were reserved for other clients all season. Get mixed up and confused by numbersystem on sunbeds, just make no sence for us...
-bar next to pool, staff was good, sandwiches were delicious.
-breakfast was poor, hotel is near the sea, but sea is not clean for me, i didn't understand the people that lying on the beach or swimming in that sea. there were bubbles in the sea, and i hope it wasn't bilge.Bed was not double bed, there were two twin beds that put together. Also if you do not prefer swimming in the sea, other option is pool, but it was also dirty.
Hotel is situated on a beautiful bay. Great restaurant, nice bar, very friendly staff bar one (see negatives!) and it's a great location for visiting the Cinque Terre
Rooms are spacious but basic, in particular the bathroom where they really need to spend some money updating. Wifi never available in the rooms. All staff were most friendly with the exception of one "heavy" who came to aggressively chase us out of our room despite our having negotiated a late check out with the front desk. There was also a private party held on Saturday afternoon which the hotel did not inform us of. Didn't disturb us in terms of noise but did prevent us dining outside on the terrace which was one of the key attractions.
1. All in one hotel 2. Opera concerts for locals and the guests 3. Perfect beach and swm pool 4. Nature all over the facility 5. Good breakfast and perfect hosts
- Parking facility - No guests of hotel's guests are allowed to use the facility not even one person:(
Great for spending time on a beach or in the swimming pool. You will need some time to go some places of interest in other towns
A really small room, but you can choose in advance
Wonderful location and friendly hoteliers and staff.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The children swam at the beach and played in the sand. Dinner was great. Not all the stair at all the other hotels.
Hard to find the entrance. A larger sign or better directions would help.
nice location, nice rooms. we will be back!
the food, and the staff english..
Amazing location right on the beach. Rooms are standard hotel style and the second floor rooms have a lovely balcony with views over the beach from both the front and back. Staff are helpful with any queries you have. Free WiFi was good too.
Could hear the television and hair dryer from the room next door.
Great location with great support from the staff. With the restaurant closed they recommended one in the adjacent village where we had a wonderful seafood dinner
Parking would difficult when numbers are high
location, kindness, sorroundings
Location, view with value for money are the best
