Cheap, good base for metro
Hard to find
It was very close to the metro, about a four minute walk, and to the Colosseum was only about a ten minute walk. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. They had 2 free bottles of water ready for us everyday. The breakfast was at a cafe around the corner which was nice to sit and enjoy a pastry and coffee.
Everything from the host Mr Lee to the location, facilities, clranliness, staff dedication. Very cheerful and helpful indeed. Will go again.
location is very good, close to supermarket
very bad bathroom, very small, Chinese cleaners you can't understand them, breakfast is outside the hotel, so not easy to catch it
we planned to stay for 3 days there but we missed our flight and stuck in london, we called the hotel and the staff was so nice,he kept our room and only charged us for 2 nights! room was very clean.location is great, many local attractions are in walking distance. and the price is fair! will use it again next time!
Very good hotel. Very close to Termini Station. Nice people at the hotel! I recommend it!
Exelent staff! Very kind and respectfull! The rooms were just like advertised. They were extreamly clean and comfortable.
Air-conditioning, quiet, newly renovated and decorated, safe to store caluables, free bottled water daily, fridge, close to the subway and food places.
Reception is hard to find (tiny a4 sign) and not near the hotel. Have to go for a short walk. Breakfast is not more than one crossiont and coffee at a close café. Inconsistent WiFi. Dropped in and out.
Awesome and helpful worker- personell, who was available whenever we needed something, always on the phone. Very pleasant, very helpful and cheerful. The location was very close to the metro station and Termini- central train station. As for this price, it was really nice, we stayed in the Sky Hotel, the partner of the Filippo Hotel.
Other employees did not speak neither Italian, either English plus the location was a bit dangerous during the night for two single girls, it was a dangerous district of Rome, full of homeless people, had to watch our bags all the time.
We initially had our doubts about staying there because it was an older building in a poorer part of town. But rooms were recently renovated. And there was an extra security door that lead to the rooms. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The building itself was old and traditional. The lift (elevator) was old style and small. The free breakfast that came with our room was ok, but not great. People in the neighborhood seemed nice. The traditional setting of the building gradually seemed to be more romantic. The staff were very kind and helpful. Convenient location for transportation. We would gladly stay there again.
First of all the photo on the website of the outside of the building is not a photo of the hotel. The photo is part of the terminal building one block over. When we first arrived we had trouble finding the hotel. Do not look for a hotel sign. Follow the building number on the address. There is no lobby. We rang a door bell and staff came downstairs to assist us. At least the staff were available by phone 24/7. And they were very helpful. The free breakfast was one pastry and on coffee and located a block and half away. Our room was on street side and windows, though new, were not very sound resistant. Luckily it was a quiet street in the middle of the night.
The owner was most helpful any time we had a question or problem. The rooms were very clean, and the location was very convenient to the train station and metro.
The area is a bit gritty, but we did feel adequately safe.
Proximity to the train station. 5 mins walk from nearest red line metro. Modern interior. Aircon, free wifi, complimentary water and soaps and Minibar fridge.
Address is correct but lead photo of pink building on booking.com is misleading as this is not the property. Hotel operates at three different locations (ended up in Hotel Simone). Neighbourhood is a poor area and, although we had no issues. Breakfast is at a local cafe and was a coffee and croissant (not very filling).
best the Indien food and the subway was good and the price was good.
only the traffic noise. and would like light sheet to sleep.
Great cleanwell appointed room good use of space . Very convenient to Termi station, Metro and Colleseum
Little difficult to find ask for good directions its not actually a hotel with street frontage it a man who rents floors in 4 building and sets them up as hotels .Once you find it a d get over that it was great .
The Hotel was very clean, and Mr. Lee was extremely friendly and very helpful. The Hotel was 200mtrs away from the main Termini Station approx. 12/15mins by walk.
Close to train and bus and to the major sights. Facilities reasonable.
No staff in attendance only contact was by phone. Not comfortable going out at night.
The location close to the Termini station which is excellent if you are looking to connect to other Italian cities via Eurail or Trenitalia.
It is not so easy to locate this hotel as there are no prominent signs. Breakfast is at a cafe which is two blocks away.
Staff is very helpfull. Even if our reservation did not include breakfast they gave us ticket for breakfast in a near cafe.. İt is very clean.. Certanly adviced...entrance is a bit question mark but inside very good..
This hotel has a good location which near to Termini and another metro station which close to Micky's Bar where we have breakfast.Room is small but very clean. Within 200 M has several supermarket.
Room is small but it is OK since we just get back to hotel quite late everyday.
Good location, few blocks away from Roma Termini. Clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price.
Difficult to find, it took us over 45mins to find the hotel after walking past it twice. The hotel needs proper signage and reception facilities.
Very helpful hotel manager. Wi fi was genuinely free whereas most other hotels advertise free but place time limits and excess costs
Hotel located in a dirty part of town. REoom very small. No tea or coffee making facilities. Wi-fin advertised as being available in all areas but it was only available ion common areas. Other guests complained about the same issue.
We stayed at one of the sister hotels that was round the corner approx 15mins from the colloseum, it appeared to be brand new inside / recently refurbed. For budget travellers in Rome it was ideal, I would recommend.
Noisy neighbours upstairs (private not the hotel) but as its in the centre of rome its to be expected.
It is nearer to station
It is very difficult to find, hotel have one floor in residentital apartment
Nice staff, good location
Light and Wifi are weak
