The location was excellent and the staff were nice. The level of noise from other rooms due to lack of sound insulation was unbearable. The hotel was able to offer me a quieter room on my last night which was fine but I would not take the risk of returning to the hotel in case I got one of the noisy rooms again. I certainly wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone for this reason. |

Great location at the waterfront; especialy easy to refind when befuddled by an unfalilian city. Proximity to the great cafes at the Piazza del Unita d'Italiy and the Opera House.I am writing a book about traveling in Italy. See David D.Hume on Google. No provision for laundry at the hotel, we had to seek out our own Lavandaria. |

Room, bathroom, beds (matrasses) in excellent order. Very good air conditioning system with individual regulation possible. Sound-proof windows. Friendly staff. Legally not possible to drive by car to the hotel entrance because via Mazzini is reserved for local busses. However, in practice no problem to load and unload passengers and luggage, although there could be a "multa", but as it is a "bus lane" there appear to be no police cars cruising. Parking garage about 15 minutes walking distance. |

Very kind and helpfull hotel staff, fine atmosphere and so clean. In the centre of the city and good for bussines trip. It is by the street with city trafic which is very noisy. |

location was excellent, breakfast quite acceptable and quite a bit of relevant local info was available at reception desk. The lighting on the floors was appalling. As you came out of the lift, there was a light on a timed switch which briefly illuminated that area. To get to our room, which was at the end of the corridor, it was pitch black until we got to our door when the sensor turned on the light. This was very dangerous and must be in breach of EU health and safety legislation. I had read about this on your website but no action had been taken by mangement. Not impressive. |

Ho apprezzato cordialità del personale, la pulizia della camera e la posizione dell'albergo. L'ambientazione greca e il ristorante anch'esso greco poi sono stati un'ottima scoperta. La mancanza di parcheggio e la colazione un po' povera di scelta, anche se tutto molto buono |

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij.Weliswaar erg gehorig maar zeer verzorgde kamers en lekker warme douche. Het draadloos internetten met mijn eigen laptop was niet mogelijk terwijl dat wel stond aangegeven. |

Situación. No se corresponde con lo que se muestra en la web. Hay pensiones en España mejores que este hotel. No tiene parking propio, te ofertan un descuento en un parking a las de 800m del hotel. Es carísimo para lo que ofrece. |
