There was a bus service outside the door to the shrine! Double room instead of twin room... Lifs out of order, Pillows were not clean... small choice for breakfast section..

Hotel situato molto vicino alla Chiesa di San Pio facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Personale molto gentile disponibile, buona la cena. Hotel che rispecchia pienamente le 3 stelle. Le camere e I bagni andrebbero certamente ristrutturati, soprattutto I bagni. Per chi come noi che gli hotel li giudichiamo dalla colazione la mattina, questo hotel meriterebbe un bel 5 in quanto un pò carente, abbiamo trovato un cornetto già sul tavolo freddo e insapore e qualche biscotto da prendere a self service. Niente di che molto scarsa, tutto sommato il personale molto gentile e disponibile ricompensa queste lacune.

Solo la gentilezza del ragazzo alla recepsion...all' arrivo... La camera invasa da insetti ..... uno schiamazzo da mercato....e come ultimo ma non solo ti senti rispondere dall addetto che non sono responsabili dei disservizi e dell'educazione creati dai loro ospiti .....e passare quasi per visionaria......e inoltre letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini singoli .... a voi il risultato.... Pessima esperienza .....

Nonostante l'ora tarda in cui siamo arrivati (quasi le 23) ci hanno accolto bene e ci hanno subito indirizzato verso un'osteria dove poter cenare. Potevano anche dirmi che dopo due giorni avrebbero chiuso per ferie cosi' avrei potuto prenotare un altro albergo. Fortunatamente visto l'errore commesso ci hanno trasferito l'indomani mattina in un altro hotel - sempre dello stesso proprietario - dove siamo stati molto bene

Obsługa Hotelu bardzo pomocna, miła i uprzejma. Atmosfera przyjazna, a momentami wręcz przyjacielska. Polecam bardzo serdecznie. Jedyne zastrzeżenie, to prysznic w łazience - bardzo mały. Osoba, która waży więcej niż powiedzmy 120 kg będzie miała problemy zarówno z wejściem, jak i z użyciem go. Jestem szczupły więc sobie poradziłem, ale nie było to zbyt łatwe, żeby sobie łokci nie poobijać podczas brania prysznica.

“If you are visiting the The Padre Pio Shrine or the Hospital in San Giovanni Rotondo, Hotel Colonne is perfect. Very close to both, family run hotel, great accommodating staff that was sympathetic to our needs as we were travelling with our one-year-old son.
