The personnel was very friendly. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. It felt like you are visiting old friends there, almost like home. The surroundings were also nice. In the spring it is nice being there. The food at the restaurant was very delicious also. It is on walking distance to the main street nearby the lake shore and shops, although you'd better go by car to the old part of Sirmione. The wi-fi coverage in the restaurant and lobby was excellent, however on the 1st floor it was a bit fading from time to time. It was the same in two other hotels in Italy which we visited, so probably it is more an industry issue.

the hotel has bicycles (free of charge), so it was so nice to travel in Sirmione with bicycle. also, the hotel staff were so kind. they explained us everything, carefuly and with a lot of patience. the hotel location is 30 min walk from the old city of Sirmione, but with the bicycle it's 10 min. the way from the hotel to the old city is along the lake so actually it was fun. the hotel is CLEAN !! and breakfast is reach. the shower wasnt new.

The sevice was great, very nice people and were very helpful. Nice and silent and very close to all accomodations, restaurants and the main town. Easy exits to all bigger towns and near to the attraction parks Gardaland. Rooms were cleaned everyday and are very hygenic. We had a great time and the breakfast was excellent. Acces internet in the room was poor but didn-t use it alot. If we needed something the service was there to find any info we needed for the day.

The location is good with very short drive to the lake and to Sirmione city center it was easy to find the hotel with the directions provided at booking.com staff was very helpful and room was clean breakfest was nice and the coffee was very good :-) All in all very good value for 3 star hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fiorella. All staff made great efforts to help with any of our requests even though English or German is very limited. A big thank you from all of us and keep it up. This hotel is probably visited mostly by Italians, but it would be nice to have a few English TV channels

the hotel is close to the main attractions in sirmione. the rooms are very clean and allways have a good smell. the bed is comfy and the rooms are large. they give a very good breakfast . . we highly recommend hotel and sure you will enjoy it. people all ways will find something to say but over all the hotel is very good.

We were a week in Hotel FIorella. We are family of 2 parents and 2 teenagers. The staff was very helpful, although it didn't speak English. The room was nice and clean and fit to the family's needs. The the beakfast was basic. The teenagers enjoyed the swimming pool and the swimming pool area.

The Hotel Fiorella provided excellent service. The room, dining room and swimming pool were clean and a good level of service was provided. Even though the staff did not speak very good English they were still able to provide a high level of service, nothing was too much for them Cleanliness, Free Wi fi, Quality of Breakfast, Level of Service

Molto gentili. La camera, piccolina, e' moderna e molto funzionale, nel bagno sono presenti tutti I generi di comfort, c'e' una bella terrazza vivibile, la colazione e' molto varia. Magari curerei meglio l'insonorizzazione delle camere
