Location near the Termini station is a good point for some travelers. the area is quiet and the station's turmoil was not heard.

There is no cafe/breakfast room in this hotel. Breakfast is offered in a nearby cafes/bars. You can get one cup of coffee and one cornetto only - supplements paid extra. I noticed no A/C unit - it would be a hot place in a summer time. My towels were not exchanged during my 3 night stay. You can get to the floor only thru a concierge who apparently speak only Italian - each time you want to get to your room you need to explain a concierge who you are and where you are going. Some people don't like it. I didn't. Overall review: good for 1-2 nights on a condition you come to the hotel for sleep only.

I couldn't have visitors in my room. It doesn't metter what time is there is a rule- No visitors in the room!!!It's very un convinient...!

Incredibly noisy! It's really part of a large apartment block so there's noise from above, below, and other apartments in the building. Rooms are tiny, very clean but very basic. For the money I think there's better value in Rome hotels than this one

Large room with a big window located near Termini train station. It is a pity that a few details (that could be easily overcome) undervalue the overall evaluation of the hotel:

The hotel does not accept credit cards, only euros. No (plastic) glass in the WC to wash your teeth; toilette paper is scarce (better buy a roll).

nice location, 5 minutes walk from Termini. close to bus station and subway. well, some staffs do not speak English, but it is OK. breakfast is ok.

the only problem is that the water is very small, not comfortable while taking a bath.

- The hotel was very close to Termini station, so it was very easy to travel around all rome. - The personal who work there (the young boys) were so kind and like to help to everyone. - There was clean rooms

- The price wasnt real¡¡¡.. Finally I have to pay more because of taxes (although I showed them that the taxes were included in the reserve I did in booking. - There was NO INTERNET.... So it is a problem for tourists.. Only i could get wifi if i were close the reception (that meant i had to stand up and be stood, because in the rooms we couldnt get wifi. - The breakfast was so poor. Just one coffee and one crosisant or sweet.

The location and the price was reasonable.

Misunderstanding about paying the bill by credit card. This was stated in the booking.com website but the hotel only accepted cash for payment.

It's near the rail central station (50m), metro station and bus stop (even from the airport). It's near a very good and ship restaurant Andreas and have a food shop and fast food in the station.

no air conditioner, so you need to borrow a fan in summer. The street was extremly noisy in the early night. you need to wait until 1 o'clock that you can get into sleep.

It is very near to Rome Termini station and Air port bus service office. They provide service at late night also.

Breakfast at other bar is great, real Italian.

Very good location close to main railway station. City center you can reach by public transport in 15 minutes. Friendly staff. After check-out we could leave our backpacks at the reception and pick the bags up just before departure of train. Appropriate value for the money.

Noisy ventilation in bathroom. Poor soundproofing - you can hear nearly everything from the corridor. Breakfasts are identical every day - I wouldn´t recommend for long stay. Night reception staff spoke only italian :-(

Pleasant English-speaking staff, 24h reception, clean room, toiletries in the bathroom, daily room service. Our room was exactly as shown in the photos, which I appreciate (no false advertising). Even though the hotel is near Termini, it's not in a dodgy street. Breakfast is just a croissant and coffee, but it's served in a downstairs cafe with a very Italian feel, so it's a nice way to start the day. Tip: go to the Dino's restaurant just down the street, they serve the best food we've had there, and it's rather cheap.

We didn't really have any complaints. Do not expect luxury and you won't be dissapointed.

Hotel Fiorenza was a simple hotel - nothing too fancy - that has excellent proximity to the Termini rail station and is within reasonable walking distance of Rome's main attractions. The staff were kind and the price is right.

Quiet, clean and good location.

I didn't like the way the breakfast is organised. They give you a ticket for a coffe shop out side without explaining what you can have there and then when you there, they give you a piece of cornetto and a coffee, but they made me pay 1.70 euros just for an extra espresso. I didn't understand that.

Letti scomodi antiquati, non a norma di legge!!! Segnale tv scarso! Rumori dalle camere vicine!!! Mi spiace non ci tornerò più nonostante sia in ottima posizione!!!
