Was walking distance from Stazione Termini. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds, free wifi and TV in rooms. Very reasonable price for Roma.
No refrigerators in rooms.
-small single room (very small wc for 1,91m. guy). -very cold room in winter
the location is not bad, quite close to termini station.
the staff is quite poor in english, the room is very cold, heating simply does not work ever. very poor wifi.the shower head is very terrible! we stayed at a B&B in rome before this hotel, half price, twice better!!
i would definately recommend this hotel. I like it!
View of the room
Very near to the station, 3 min to Termini. Breakfast ok.
We stay for 4 days and everyday in the morning at 6 o'clock it was SO loud, couldn't sleep well. Rooms are quite noisy and you can hear everything.
there is no safety box inside the room.
Location, staff and convience! Great little spot close to termini and staff were helpful thank you Regards Matt and kim
location, wi fi, close to termini Station.
lift is from 1 floor, not from 0, space for the shower is very small, not clean , noise from the street, smell is horrible, no conditioner, breakfast is just a cap of coffee and pastry, no even butter, they call it Italian.
1. The location is pretty good, and there are several cafes around the hotel. 2. Clean enough.
1. The two-bed room was too small 2. The elevator was narrow I guess they have done their best to make the room more comfortable, but I have to say that it still barely satisfactory.
less than 5 minute walk to train station, bus station, and lots of restaurants nearby. very helpful staff. spacious room.
we got a bed that's a lil bit old so not so comfy on our back.
Perfect location, close to Termini station, clean room and friendly staff.
Bad WiFi, bathroom needs renovation
The location next to Termini is really good. It had a great LED TV with even USB port.
The toilet is a little small and old but ok since is not the most important. The wifi was ok although not great.
Staff, cleanliness, free breakfast next door
have to leave key at reception
Very close to the Termini Railway Station and everything else. nice restaurants close by. Friendly staff, good price and a nice bed considering it's only one star Hotel. Australia
Showers a bit small but you pay for what you get.
It is very close to Termini station.
There is no clear Board indicationg name of the hotel, the rooms are very very small. No in house breakfast
location is good.
ı dont like anything.beds and bathroom extremely old and not comfortable.
Location, good wifi
Got charged 50 euro for broken bidet that was not our fault. Staff was not friendly.
There was everything i needed such as a hairdryer, shower, shampoo, soap, etc.. The staff were friendly and stored my luggage for me on the last day after i checked out. Excellent choice for the price
Bathroom was clean, but there was a bit of smell from the sewer and when i come in and go out, i needed to ring the buzer to get in, and take the key from the reception
Too Noisy 24hours Dirty sheets Very poor breakfast....One coffee and a croissant (which was at least one week old)
The location was perfect! Near the center and every place to visit. The staff was nice and gentle. The cleaness of the rooms and bathrooms. The air conditioner.
The lack of an elevator. We had to go up 3 floors with our big baggages. Not nice! The wifi didn't work for us, we had to connect to another network.
Would not take credit card payment only cash
