Hotel Fiorino  

The location is very close to the main attraction in Florence.

Cigarette smell in the room.

Bad customer service. The owner gets to be rude. No lift. We stayed on the third floor and had to carry the bags themselves.

The Hotel is different from more modern Hotels in a good way. Its has a friendly atmosphere and its design makes it more interesting than the usual block type Hotels.

Parking is very expensive.

The hotel was lovely, great room (very small bathroom) and the location was fantastic for sightseeing.

The continental breakfast was a little too basic for us.

Location: it takes 5 min to get to Uffizzi and Ponte vechio clean free wi-fi friendly staff

The location was amazing, right next to the Ufizzi Gallery.

For the money i paid i would have expected a nicer room, however, I think that this may be cheaper compared to other locations in Florence. The shampoo didnt smell very nice.

A bit hard to find.

Literally around the corner from Uffizi, cafes, the Palace. Everything else was 5-15 min walk away.

My room was a bit noisy as close to reception but after walking all day too tired to care.

Staff were amazing and accommodating. It was nice to know, when so far away from home, that there was always somebody around 24/7 who could help us out. They were all very gracious. The breakfast was also great value for the money (included in cost) and offered a nice variety. Room was spotless.

Clanging dishes in the morning breakfast room (washing) did create a bit of a din that took away from the otherwise pleasant atomosphere. However, in the whole scheme of things, this is pretty minor.

hotel location was perfect, close to all sightseeing. Hotel room and bathroom were big and very neat. Hotel staff was very friendly and liked the lady in the breakfast room. There was also close by lots of nice eating places, and the best sandwich stores in Florence.

Great location, convenient to all the sights. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and air conditioned, although we didn't really need air conditioning during this time.

Cost of parking was high, but consistent with what other hotels charge, even so, outrageously high.

The women at the front desk was so pleasant. Hotel was clean and charming with a great location. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

Great staff and very accomidating! They even helped us park the car in their garage and a great little outside bar is just around the corner!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and big. The hotel is located at a great location - no need to take a bus or a metro to anywhere.

This was the nicest place we stayed in Italy. Spotlessly clean with helpful staff. The breakfast was nice and the location fantastic. It is 2 streets from the Ufizzi.

I liked the hotel, its price and location.

I think that the staff is not friendly enough. The people in the front desk seemed to be rough and greedy.

Location was great though tough to find. Just down the street from Prucuiteria which was awesome.

Difficult to find if driving. Get detailed directions before you visit.

The location is excellent! Very close to all the sights. It is a nice neighborhood with great eateries that were full of Italians a good sign that the food is delicious and it was, Staff was nice and spoke good English and were knowledgeable.

There is no elevator and to enter the hotel there are 14 steps to climb to reach the reception area. And I was told there was no one to help with bags, very bad.

The air conditioner did not really work. It was on, but the room was very hot.

It is a great place to stay if you want to visit the city. It is in near the Uffizi gallery and you can reach any location by foot. Also the room was big enough for 3 persons.

The breakfast contained only croissants and some marmelade probably due to italian culture for breakfast.
