Hotel Fiorino    

hotel location was perfect, close to all sightseeing. Hotel room and bathroom were big and very neat. Hotel staff was very friendly and liked the lady in the breakfast room. There was also close by lots of nice eating places, and the best sandwich stores in Florence.

it might get bit noisy from the street site but it wasnt too bad.

Great staff and very accomidating! They even helped us park the car in their garage and a great little outside bar is just around the corner!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and big. The hotel is located at a great location - no need to take a bus or a metro to anywhere.

This was the nicest place we stayed in Italy. Spotlessly clean with helpful staff. The breakfast was nice and the location fantastic. It is 2 streets from the Ufizzi.

I think that the staff is not friendly enough. The people in the front desk seemed to be rough and greedy.

Location was great though tough to find. Just down the street from Prucuiteria which was awesome.

The location is excellent! Very close to all the sights. It is a nice neighborhood with great eateries that were full of Italians a good sign that the food is delicious and it was, Staff was nice and spoke good English and were knowledgeable.

There is no elevator and to enter the hotel there are 14 steps to climb to reach the reception area. And I was told there was no one to help with bags, very bad.

The air conditioner did not really work. It was on, but the room was very hot.

It is a great place to stay if you want to visit the city. It is in near the Uffizi gallery and you can reach any location by foot. Also the room was big enough for 3 persons.

The breakfast contained only croissants and some marmelade probably due to italian culture for breakfast.

Location and value!

Hard to find at first.

I liked everything. This is a family owned business, and the sisters we met were so helpful, kind and friendly. I would have stayed longer if they hadn't been closing for holidays. The location is superb as I love the Santa Croce side of town.

Cleaning noise early in the morning (8:00) but not a big deal given everything I liked.

It was a very good price for being so central to everything in Florence and very pleasant staff. Room a bit small and window too high to see out of but clean. OK for two nights.

The location of the hotel, just a stone's throw from Ponte Vechia and Uffizi, was a real plus. It also meant you could easily head across a bridge and explore further out. The hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel had an intimate, cozy feel to it, which was great after a long day sightseeing. Overall, a lovely little place and well worth a stay.

Hotel staff was friendly, multilingual, and were able to help us negotiate Florence with ease. Highly recommend.
