The location is great! It is literacy in the city centre...you can go to the main hot spot on foot in a few minutes. The staff is also great, very polite and friendly. The cleanness of the room was also excellent. The breakfast is adequate There is no lift and this is a problem when you have to carry heavy luggage. Our room was big enough with a balcony but the closet was quite small for 2 persons and there were no armchairs so as to put some of your things. We used one plastic chair that was in the balcony and it was fine.

Very quiet with an interior court yard out my window instead of a street. Very nice and clean and attractively decorated. Staff was very professional and helpful. This hotel is in an excellent location, only two short blocks to the Uffize Gallery and maybe three blocks to the Ponte Vecchio bridge across the Arno River. It is convient to local neighborhood shopping and resturants and to the high end shopping streets of Florence.

Location couldn't be beaten. Easy walking distance to everything in Florence. Lack of elevator made luggage up and down difficult, however on arrival the gentleman at the desk took my bag to my room. The breakfast was sufficient and the ladybat the desk was helpful in booking some last minute tours for me. The area of the hotel had many restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc.

We were treated by the owners and staff as friends. Everyone was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The breakfast was excellent and was always served with a smile as was the the bar service with in the evening with tasty small snacks. The bus stopped right at the front door to take us to the other villages along the Amalfi Coast. Although they did not serve main meals at the hotel they gave us excellent referrals to other excellent restaurants within walking distance. The room was quite large and very comfortable for Italian standards and had some lovely views of the magnificent coastline. A lift services all floors. We do not hesitate in recommending this hotel in Praiano and will stay here on our next visit.

Good value hotel, friendly staff, great location. Would definitely stay there again. It's not clearly labelled in the entrance which way you go at the top of the stairs to get to reception.

Nothing!! I have traveled the world and stayed in all types of hotels. This was one of the worst hotels ever. Everything, the staff, the smell, the beds, the ac didnt work it was filthy, the shower didnt have hot water, the toilet was gross. We stayed for only one night and then changed hotels, they still charged me for two nights even though my wife complained about the conditions.

Bed was comfy that was all Overpriced compared to other hotels. Staff not unfriendly but not friendly either. Room very basic. Overall an adequate hotel but not value for money. Moved after first night to a cheaper four star hotel

Location. Within a few minutes walk to the shopping malls where you can get bargain leather goods. We're very disappointed to find there is ml lift to the hotel. Beware if you have heavy bags. This information wasn't mentioned in the booking.com hotel description.

“The lounge fronts on the Piazza della Signoria on the third floor. We were able to watch all of the activity on the piazza and hear an opera from the windows. The rooms were on the side so it was quiet and away from the throngs of tourists. It is right nextdoor to the Ufffizi, a 5- minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, etc. Good brekfast; wonderfull service. Would definitely return. ” David, Yarmouthport |
