Very near the train and bus station. Near to the main historic sites. Breakfast is open-buffet. Tupical italian hotel inside historical apartment building (shares with 2 more hotels),hence the problems with elevator and heating. Internet is wired (they gave you a 1 m cable) for 12 € per 12 hours but is so slow. Breakfast could be more diversified. |

Very helpful staff who organized a price-worthy wine excursion. We were given a superior room but paid for a room in economy class (3 nights). The breakfast (buffet) offered whatever was needed. A little bit cool temperature in the room |

The location is great, very close to the central train station and 5 minutes away from the city center. The room was clean, and lovely. We had a great time. |

Clean, quiet rooms, very close to station. Surprised that it was so quiet, since it was on the next street.... Elevator was small and sometimes the last passenger did not close the door, so you had to walk three floors.... |

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice and very very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, right around the corner from Santa Maria Novella train station. I would definitely stay there again. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. It was a very nice hotel for the money. |

Excellent location next to rail and bus stations in the city centre. Lovely views from breakfast room on the roof - and a very good buffet breakfast. Hotel still has benefits of original features but also very good aircon which was essential for us. Highly recommended. |

I like nothing about this hotel, too old and dark. I'm surprised such a place can stay in market. This is a above $150 us dollar per night hotel and it's pretty much similar place you can get in the whole Italy. Had I knew that I will not take the trip. I just don't like the place from the look and feel since stepped into the building. |

It was so close to train station that give you a chance of securely reach to florence againts unpleasantness. That gives you to go main city attractions and historical buıldings and museaum by walking from hotel only 10 min. Hotel is newly redecorated that's why bed and bath was so clean and comfortable, It charged fair price in return for such service so I totally recommend it. Breakfast might be improved, lift might have been to ready to customers because moving with baggage to third floor where hotel has occupied was unpleasant. |

It was about a 2 minute walk from the S.M.N. train station, walking distance from all the sights in florence. Internet was expensive, however, I somehow managed to pick up some random wireless signal. |

Stella Mary is set on the second floor of a typical Florentine building and offers comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access. Breakfast is served in your room. |
At Hotel Azzi you get so much more than good-value accommodation. Relax on the terrace with a glass of wine from the cellar and a book from the library. |
Hotel Ariele is housed in a restored building, formerly noble residence and embassy. A short walk along the Arno will take you to the city centre. |
Hotel Alba is right next to the cloisters of Santa Maria Novella. This beautifully restructured property overlooks its quiet internal courtyard and offers a host of modern comforts. |
