Hotel Fiorita  

The proximity of the hotel,ideally situated right in the centre,walking distance to the station and sights.Direct airport bus just outside from station. All the staff were very efficient, pleasant and actually were very helpful going far beyond the call of duty.They recommended many places to eat,also tours etc.The buffet breakfast had a good selection of different foods which was well presented.

The desk staff was very good and helpful. The room clean and maids friendly.

Ii needed a room close to Termini, and was happy to save money with the special 35 euro rate. However, even at that sale price, the room was poor. The light from the well on which its window opened, kept me awake all night. I would have been really distrissed if the staff had not been so nice.

The location is just amazing, just behind the train station and so close to everything. The staff are so so helpful, it makes it a very pleasant trip. They left you leave your luggage at no cost, they even let you use the facilities or rest in a sofa before you leave. They speak perfect English and the hotel is pure Italian!

It's on the 3rd floor of a building, looks a bit weird at the beginning but nothing further from the truth

Excellent location, very convenient to major sights, shopping, SMN train station and bus station. Even though we have an early check out, there was an available bathroom for us to wash up when we came back in the evening to collect our luggage.

Hotel with pantry which accessible 24 hrs. U can have snacks and juices whenever u like with no extra charges. Less than 5 min walk to San Lorenzo market, Duomo and Santa Maria Novella Station.

No free wifi.

The hotel has an excellent location, very friendly staff, and good fresh breakfast, compare to the other budget hotels in Florence , the breakfAst is really good and the view of the roofs is nice, the only thing is never book room 12 , even if it is cheaper, all the rest is wonderful! I will be back again at this hotel and recommend it to those who want to find descent accommodation 50 ! Meters away from the train station!

I did not like the shower cabin in the middle of my room.

Friendly staff, very spacious rooms, up-to-standard cleanliness and perfect location!

Internet is like 12 eur for 12 hours. However the connection was really bad we couldn't really upload our pictures on facebook and there are problems connecting to normal websites as well.

Location and price. It was just a few steps from the railway station but on a completely quiet side street

The elevator, while charming, could use an up-date on automatic closing doors. The hotel is on the third floor. If someone leaves the door improperly closed, the elevator doesn't work. I'm 78, and, and in eight days, it didn't work three times. I worried that it might not work when I had luggage to carry.

Good location.

There are bedbugs. Some of the staff, the owner I think, was not nice at all. Connective people that can screw your day with an argument in the morning unless you ignore her. Others were nicer. I would not stay here again though.

The location is the best ! Only 2 mins walk from the train station. The staff there are very helpful! Room is clean ! Will stay next time when I come back!
