Hotel Fioroni  

The view of Lake Como from 2 of our 3 balcony's (we had a corner room). Make sure you get a room with a view of the lake! Plenty of private and secure parking on premise. Close (10-12 minute) walk to center of Bellagio where all the shops, restaurant and beautiful views of Lake Como are. Large and very nice room. Excellent breakfast with wide selection of breakfast items. Very good price. Very friendly and helpful staff. If I ever return to Lake Como I will definitely stay at this very nice hotel again!

Fully renovated with new furnishings and nice decorations. Nice view of countryside from window. Some rooms have balcony/deck. Good breakfast. Wifi is available in room.

Hotel is definitely more than 10 mins walk from ferry. 20 mins is closer to the mark if you are walking to the ferry, which is downhill. If you are walking to the hotel, it's about a 30 min walk uphill. There is some traffic noise on the street, even though the town is otherwise very quiet.

This is a lovely hotel located within a ten minute walk of the marina in Bellagio from which you can catch the ferry across/around the lake. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We had a quiet room with lovely large windows. Reception was welcoming and knowledgeable of the area, providing answers to all of our questions in English. Breakfast was served in a large cheerful room with a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts and pastries. A really good start to the day. We would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very nice clean hotel. Short very nice walk to the town of Bellagio. The breakfast (included) was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay!! Free parking and Wi-Fi.

The location is not far from center, just a short walk. Big advantage- parking included.

The room and bathroom was a good size. It was reasonably convenient.

The decor was really dated, the beds weren't comfortable and it felt more like a B and B than a hotel. It was run by what seemed to be a family with several generations hovering behind the reception desk and in the breakfast room, which was decorated with plastic flowers.

The family that owns the Hotel Fioroni was wonderful. They were friendly, warm, welcoming and very helpful.

Only stayed for one night and had to leave early before breakfast. However, young lady on reception was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. Room was quite spacious, nicely furnished and nice clean bed linen

Although air-conditioning was advertised it had been turned off and it was very hot whilst we were there. The hotel is next to a busy road so it's very noisy if you need to open your windows

Hotel Fioroni was an excellent choice, once the route from the ferry has been established one realises that it is just a ten minute walk to the town centre. At arrival however I would advise taking the 'choo choo' which takes you right up to the hotel as with heavy suitcases it is quite a workout! Also be sure to ask for a room not facing the road as it can be quite noisy and one is unable to open the shutters for people being able to look in.

We loved the hotel. It was clean, quaint and a great location if you didn't want to stay downtown. Just a short walk. The breakfast was great as well.

really liked it only it was a bit of a walk to town. this was nt a big problem though as it was only 10 minutes. i would stay there again

Getting around - to and fro hotel. This hotel is a wee bit up slope. By foot will take about 25mins to reach the ferry station. And if you lug the luggage, to walk by foot will be even longer Wifi as promised was accessible from Room. but the connectvitiy was not good from room. Only way for people to access Wifi is in the hotel lobby. Access to Convenient store to get Water. Need to take a walk about 15mins before reaching a superrmkt

It's not that I didn't like it, but I was under the impression that it was very close to Bellagio center - and it is not the case - you have to walk for about 20 minutes to get there. Otherwise it was perfect

It was very hot when we were there and so the 10 minute up-hill walk from the town to the hotel seemed to go on forever. I hadn't realised it was out of the town when I booked it - you don't realise from the map that it's on top of a hill! Would have liked to be more central.

Located on extremely busy and noisy road so unpleasant to sit out! Family - who often outnumbered the guests - watched us eat breakfast which was rather intimidating!
