We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, only one half block from the train station as we took day trips by train. There were a variety of restaurants within walking distance as well as boat trips to Cinque Terre. Staff was helpful and the room was comfortable and worked very well for us. |

I liked the breakfast. It was a beautiful set up with a nice view. The staff failed to mention to me that the time was changing that day when i asked for the wake up call. It would have been nice to know. |

Hotel Firenze made our exploration of Cinque Terre a terrific experience because it was a short walk to the train station. The staff at the front desk was so helpful with every request we had. The morning breakfast was certainly one of the best we had in our northern Italy trip. We were able to park our car in front of the hotel for the less expensive rate. Rooms were most comfortable and our bath had recently been updated--very, very nice. We would definitely return to Hotel Firenze & Continentale! |

Location was good - walking distance from everywhere. There was one particular staff member who was very rude, and not at all helpful when we needed assistance. |

Very conveniently located to the rail station and central pedestrian area of the town. Excellent breakfast. We were given a bigger room than we had originally booked, at no extra cost. It was appreciated. The staff were very professional. The hotel does not provide "free" WIFI to hotel guests -- perhaps that could be re-visited (all hotels we stayed at in France provided free WIFI). Those who have mobility problems or lots of suitcases will have problems with the elevators, which are tiny and not the most reliable. |

The location of the hotel. It was located next to the railway station. The roon was in need of repairs. The capet was dirty and the plaster was coming off the walls. For breakfast, it was difficult to find a table to eat at because there was only one person to clean tables and replenish food....so she did not have time to clean the tables as people left the breakfast room. |

Hotel has the feel of a grand old hotel which has been carefully refurbished. Modern bathroom was spotless and the rest of the hotel has a well cared for feel. There are several comfortable sitting rooms and a bar open in the evening for drinks and light food have a comfortable retro feel. Breakfast is served on the top level with taste and variety and again nicely laid out on silver platters and in silver coffee urns. Staff were professional and helpful. |

This hotel had the best breakfast buffet of all hotels that we stayed in during a 6 week holiday through parts of Europe. It was equal to a 4 or 5 star hotels offering |

The breakfast is very good. The staff is efficient. The location is very good: downtown and close to the train station. Strategic location for people who want to go to Cinque Terre. Good value for money. There is no safebox in the bedroom. |
