Room design and comfort Location Breakfast quality Staff
Location is good. Near to Duomo, Santa Maria NOvella train station, mercato centrale and many shops around.Staff were all friendly.
Breakfast was a bit disappointment. Not too much choice. Coffee from the machine was a little bit cold.
Firenze Number Nine is very close to train staion and city centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel staff is professional with wonderful service. Room is very spacious and clean, functional. Breakfast various choices out of our expectation.
The only shortcoming is some noises from drunk people at night.
The size of the room was great compared to the average in Florence. The hotel was really quiet but still very centrally located. Great value.
Loved the room and the mini bar and the huge tv screen. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Also I loved having access to the sauna / whirlpool downstairs. The breakfast was good as well.
the Wifi service was on and off... I had to keep signing in every time I reopened my mobile devices which was annoying.
Location tucked away (quiet) yet central. Close to lots of great food options and walking distance to all major sites. Breakfast lovely. Staff super helpful and charming. Informed of an upgrade to suite on our arrival. Perfect weekend.
Position was amazing. Capella Medicea one end Duomo the other. Really helpful staff. When we had a problem with our shower on a Sunday, an engineer fixed it in ten minutes. Room (Suite) really comfortable, quiet efficient aircon, masses of room. Restaurant fabulous, and cheap, as non profit making.
Sheets on bed could have been bigger, came out during night, duvet cover just two sheets, so also came out. Aggressive pictures, digital and bizarre. Loud music in lounge put back on by staff, after we turned it off!
We enjoyed the proximity to the Duomo and the very helpful staff. Whenever asked, they were willing to help and offered many good suggestions. Breakfast was excellent. Valet parking service was convenient and appreciated, since it's not an easy service to find in central Florence hotels.
Based on the photos, we were expecting more of a "boutique hotel" feel. The decor felt very average as did the room. We didn't feel it was very special for the price.
The staff was great. They've been very welcoming since we stepped in.
I stayed in one of their suites and find that the layout was a bit weird and gets a little creepy at night because of the long hallway from the bedroom all the way to the main entry way. I understand that it was propably an old building that they converted into a boutique hotel. So far, the design was updated. Althoughanother wierd thing is that we had two tv's hanging on the wall, 1 for each queen sized bed's front, about 1meter apart from each other. They didn't have adaptors in each room. They ran out of it at some point and had to charge my devices at the lobby. Although I was able to leave my laptop and cellphone whille the staff watches over it. Which was fine with me. But would be more convenient if I can work in my room while charging. I think it would be better if they'll allocate 1 adaptors in each room.
Breakfast was wonderful ,plenty of choices . Staff always available and willing to answer questions, make suggestions etc. Fantastic location . Wonderful ambience .
Our room was located on the second floor and there was an odor in the hallway, we never mentioned to hotel staff since we did not smell in our room.
Location, breakfast, Yanni, Simone, bed. A must stay, highly recommend. It is a really cool hotel.
Mirrow in guest hall, room :)
Big room Shower Breakfast Just a few steps from Duomo and train station
Location is excellent and rooms are very large and luxurious.
1. In general, I like very much concept of the hotel: location, services and kindness; 2. The location is excelent for walking, shopping and enjoy the city 3. The offer of the minibar is excelent...not be concerned in buy water or drinks 4. The kindness of everyday open the bed, offer chocolate and clean the room before dinner is excelent. 5. The breakfast is very good (I love the cakes and iogurts) 6. Unfortunatly, we did not use the spa...too much work and few time. 7. The taxi is excelent and easy way to came from and go to the aeroport (very fast 25 min and 25 euros..fixed price) 8. the wifi very good and fast to work; the cleaness and space of the classic room is higher valuable; and off course the available umbrella.
Please do not eat in the restaurant in front of the hotel... the name is Kubonni (horrible and take care with the bill)
The location is perfect- close to everything in Florence. The hotel is beautful with modern decor in old world architecture. Rooms were spacious, beds extremely comfortable, and bathrooms modern and large. Best shower I have experienced in a hotel. But the best part of the hotel is the staff! Antonella and Michela at the reception desk were a delight- professional, courteous, helpful and so sweet. The concierge, Alessandro, recommended wonderful restaurants and arranged a side trip to Siena for us. This is a wonderful boutique hotel who deserves a 5 star rating!
Nothing- perfect hotel.
He had great suggestions and worked so hard.
This hotel is a quick walk from the train station and is close to the Duomo. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was nothing not to like about this hotel.
We choose the hotel because of the high rate that previous travelers gave it. It was a correct choice, in the right place to be, very clean, quiet on sleep, excellent personnel, value for money.
Close to all the Florence sites (Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, Uffizi Gallery, etc.) Nice well equipt gym, easy access, clean, organize.
The friendliness of the staff, especially in reception.
The lack of management. Our room service was chaotic - one night towels bath mat and tea bags not replaced and had to wait a long time for drinks and breakfast service - although staff busy they lacked focus.
Room and breakfast
The facility is very new and stylish. The room is very clean. The location is convenient.
The rate is expensive.
The location and decor. The room was spacious and clean and the complementary drinks in the mini bar a nice touch. Staff were very helpful.
The layout of the room wa strange with the bathroom being on the other side of a dark middle room.
Everything was excellent. We felt welcomed and were provided with outstanding service. This hotel really cares about its customers. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when in Florence.
