Everything, I got an upgrade on arrival.
The hotel was very central, close to all the necessary areas. The rooms are very good and the house keeping staff are very good at their jobs. You can walk everywhere, most of the staff are excellent and very helpful. Always smiling and ready to help.
The breakfast had a limited selection. Some staff (one of the concierge) consistently gave us wrong information, i do not know if this was on purpose or he was just confused.
The staff was not as prompt, however there was a lots going on! Room was large and very comfortable. Location was good.
Cannot describe enough how amazing is this property, simply WOW, the best hotel we ever stayed in (location, decor, facilities, cleanliness, welcome free minibar, ...) what makes it even superb is the smiling and always helpful team they made our stay the best experience , well done. C u soon
Constant unpleasant smell in our bedroom, could have done with some air freshners to combat the smell. Did not give us clean cups for tea & coffee in our room, did not replace tea bags and milk.
Everything will be walking distance.
The room was too dark.
Very friendly & knowledgable staff always eager to assist. We loved the Interior Design of the hotel. Refreshingly different from other Italian hotels. Really great & quiet location.
Decor, Location, attentive staff, Value for money. Will stay there again
Staff hospitality & attentiveness Stylish lobby Very nice restaurant
Room was quite small. Single bed not the best. Poor sound insulation with next room.
Floor heating in bathroom
- No facilities in bathroom for drying swimming trunks; - Just few facilities in spa for hanging dry towels; - Expensive breakfast is not included; - Huge amount of "spam" tv-channels on cable-tv.
Loved everything about this hotel. It has the best service (esp with Concierge Yanni). We had the best dinners courtesy of our concierge services even last minute. The location is central. The happy hour allows you to meet other travellers and the gym is perfect for those that like to have a morning workout. The hardwood flooring in the rooms makes it feel clean. The bed was comfortable enough not to leave all day.
The breakfast buffet could do with a live egg and pancake/crepe cooking station.
The hotel had excellent gym Very clean Staff always available -
Wifi did not work well: when checked j was told it was my server but not the case Week I stsyed gym not open until 9 am Blo drier did not work in room Bed not comfortable
Big room with a jacuzzi bath tub. Friendly & helpful staffs. Value for money. Nice location.
I stayed at level 1. Can hear street noise at late night especially weekend.
Everything is at it´s best. The room, the staff, the situation in the center of Florence and even the breakfast.
We were not permitted to carry our own luggage or open the door to the street.
noisy , rooms hot
Staff, rooms location all great
Room design and comfort Location Breakfast quality Staff
Location is good. Near to Duomo, Santa Maria NOvella train station, mercato centrale and many shops around.Staff were all friendly.
Breakfast was a bit disappointment. Not too much choice. Coffee from the machine was a little bit cold.
Firenze Number Nine is very close to train staion and city centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel staff is professional with wonderful service. Room is very spacious and clean, functional. Breakfast various choices out of our expectation.
The only shortcoming is some noises from drunk people at night.
The size of the room was great compared to the average in Florence. The hotel was really quiet but still very centrally located. Great value.
Loved the room and the mini bar and the huge tv screen. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Also I loved having access to the sauna / whirlpool downstairs. The breakfast was good as well.
the Wifi service was on and off... I had to keep signing in every time I reopened my mobile devices which was annoying.
Location tucked away (quiet) yet central. Close to lots of great food options and walking distance to all major sites. Breakfast lovely. Staff super helpful and charming. Informed of an upgrade to suite on our arrival. Perfect weekend.
Position was amazing. Capella Medicea one end Duomo the other. Really helpful staff. When we had a problem with our shower on a Sunday, an engineer fixed it in ten minutes. Room (Suite) really comfortable, quiet efficient aircon, masses of room. Restaurant fabulous, and cheap, as non profit making.
Sheets on bed could have been bigger, came out during night, duvet cover just two sheets, so also came out. Aggressive pictures, digital and bizarre. Loud music in lounge put back on by staff, after we turned it off!
We enjoyed the proximity to the Duomo and the very helpful staff. Whenever asked, they were willing to help and offered many good suggestions. Breakfast was excellent. Valet parking service was convenient and appreciated, since it's not an easy service to find in central Florence hotels.
Based on the photos, we were expecting more of a "boutique hotel" feel. The decor felt very average as did the room. We didn't feel it was very special for the price.
The staff was great. They've been very welcoming since we stepped in.
I stayed in one of their suites and find that the layout was a bit weird and gets a little creepy at night because of the long hallway from the bedroom all the way to the main entry way. I understand that it was propably an old building that they converted into a boutique hotel. So far, the design was updated. Althoughanother wierd thing is that we had two tv's hanging on the wall, 1 for each queen sized bed's front, about 1meter apart from each other. They didn't have adaptors in each room. They ran out of it at some point and had to charge my devices at the lobby. Although I was able to leave my laptop and cellphone whille the staff watches over it. Which was fine with me. But would be more convenient if I can work in my room while charging. I think it would be better if they'll allocate 1 adaptors in each room.
