The Air conditioner is managed through the front desk. If you want to change the temperature you have to call them.

The location was terrific. Great wifi. I very much liked the ambience in the library with its wonderful bar, books and nibbles. Really super. They do not nickel and dime you. Plus their breakfast was super and had many healthy options. I looked at the health facilites. Superb. Staff is excellent.

The room we were in had a bathroom door that didn't close properly. There were a number of built ins that were badly finished. The bedside lighting was not great. However, the room was well appointed and quite comfortable.

I loved the clean, modern look of the hotel and the wonderful staff who took great care of us. They were absolutely five-star staff and I will certainly go back--and tell all my friends to book this gem as well!

We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was super spacious, clean, elegantly designed. We had a jacuzzi and super sized TV in the room. The location was wonderful - just a couple of steps away from Duomo in the very heart of Florence.

The hotel is new and in a great central location and the room spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Reception. Great buffet breakfast.

Excellent location. Close enough to major sights that it's easy to take a rest break during the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed room with very comfortable bed. Well prepared and presented breakfast buffet. Take advantage of lunch and happy hour (complimentary food with purchase of beverage).

Spa front desk staff less helpful, bed was against adjoining room's wet wall so noise from shower was disturbing. Automatic room lights would occasionally not function properly.

Everything! The location is perfect, close to the Medicee Chapels. The hotel is clean, with vast rooms, very delicately decorated. It is perfectly quiet although right in the city centre. The staff is charming and helpful. And breakfast is delicious!

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. Nice small boutique hotel. Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom was very clean and new. The shower head was perfect. Excellent water pressure and very clean as well. Great towels and linen. Robes were provided and slippers. In addition the mini bar was complimentary for first time usage of each item! The breakfast was awesome! They offered eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal, deli meat, few different types of cheese, tomato salads, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, Nutella and cookies, honey, jam and more! Yanni was extremely helpful at the front desk. Super thorough about getting our tours and finding ourself around. The two young girls are breakfast were also very kind.

The only downside is that breakfast ended early 10:00. Which kind of sucked for those who wanted to sleep in.

Boutique hôtel located centrally with all the amenities we require such as gym facilities, elegant breakfast, free WIFI, and very nicely decorated with interesting works of art. Helpful staff.
