Best Western Hotel Firenze  

The rooms were very comfortable and upscale. This was the only location in Italy were the breakfast included eggs, bacon etc.... needless to say the Breakfast was the best we had in our travels. Staff was very helpful in making dining reservations etc. The hotel was on the main drag, half way between the Roman Arena and the Train Station, making it walkable in either direction. Try the Kobe Steak House they recommend, it was excellent !

This a great Hotel. One the best value for me in Europe. Near to the best points in the City, very clean and with employees very helpfull. We were in the higher floor with a balcony that was marvelous. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and will return to it again.

Only the bathroomn (a jacuzzi for bath) is very small but certainly is compensated by the comfort with the rest.

Clean, nice, pretty, elegant, best breakfast I had in 2 weeks in Italy. Staff can speak fluent English. Located in the center of train station and City, also on main street.

The room was small but clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly. The wifi was good. The breakfast was good. Close to Verona central station. Short walk to the colloseum.

Room spacious traveling with 15 year old son who was down the other end of the big room separated by big cabinet, wifi brilliant, short walk from centre of town and he station. Breakfast was sensational, huge variety cooked and cold. Very pleasant waiting staff.

Room was amazing, clean fresh and big oh and the shower was fantastic!

We admired everything in the hotel! The room was spacy and the bathroom too, bed was excellent. Breakfast was very nice (included variety of meat, cheese, omelette, plenty of desserts, fruits, juices etc. and the service staff at brekfast was very attentive. The location is very convinient - the railway station is close and it's just a 15-minute walk to the ancient city-centre. We didn't use Wi-Fi, though it was provided in our room, but there is also an internet-desk at the lobby.

We only wished we had a bath instead of a shower, but we should have written about that while booking.

The installation of the apart were really excellent

Central location for all of the historic sites and for the main transport links. The hotel was comfortable clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly.
