The location was good but hard to find. The bartender Frederico was wonderful and friendly. At first the receptionist was very cold to us. She wanted to keep our passports for the night instead of making a copy of them. She seemed very irritated that I would not let her keep our originals. |

Excellent location close to city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast spread. Everything was spotlessly clean. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. |

The room was comfortable and clean and the location was good. 10 minutes walk from the train station, and 15-20 minutes from the arena. They were also able to recommend a great restaurant around the corner that made the best calzone I've ever had! The restaurant was closed while we were there. |

Very pleasant and efficient staff at check in and elsewhere in hotel. Attractive decor and apartment fittings - all needs catered for. Good value accommodation with breakfast incluged in price. Good situation in Verona - halfway between railway station and sightseeing places of interest. |

Driving to the hotel and parking in their garage was easy. The staff were very friendly, and there was free internet in the lobby. The shower was complicated - I'm an engineer, and I had to read the manual before taking a shower. Also, the safe malfunctioned - fortunately, I hadn't left anything inside before trying it. It's a bit of a walk to the arena and other sights, but it's worth it if you're driving a car and don't want to navigate the narrow streets inside the walls. |

A very nice luxury hotel right in the centre of Florence. Very professional staff, luxury rooms, furniture and fittings. Would stay again as long as the rates are favourable. |

Central hotel with large comfortable rooms and a nice spread for breakfast. There was very little in the way of a bar in the hotel. |

The hotel is in a central location. We had an appartment which was nice and reasonably spacious. The jacuzzi shower was a nice add on. Check out at 12, which made the departure day more relaxed. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Tere was no wireless internet connection in the appartment and the wired connection didn't work for us. We had to sit in the lobby with the computer. The breakfast room is in the basement, which is not a nice atmosphere and seems a shame when there is beautiful weather outside, you can't even see. Apartment crockery and cutlery was all locked away in the room, therefore the facilities in the apartment, microwave, cooker, could not be used (We did not enquire about this, since we did not want to cook. Just an observation). |
