Score from 689 reviews Very good
Location is about 10 minute walk from train station.
Location is not close to major attractions. Piazza Bra, major piazza in town, is about 15 minutes away walking.
Good location in between train station and city centre, early check-in offered.
Our bathroom hot water supply out of order, but hotel staff managed to fix it within 30minutes.
This hotel is excellent value. The staff are friendly and couteoud. I highly reccomend this hotel.
A noise produce by pumping equipment (in another room) was unexpected pretty loud. The personnel was very polite and we have identified the source of the noise. The noise was coming a couple of times but during the night the hotel is quiet and confortable. Maybe an information on teh possible noise, its source and the fact that there are short "noise intervals" at check-in would be better.
Lovely staff. Great restaurant recommendations.
Room was excellent
Street bar of hotel was noisy. Woken most nights by loud talking by drinkers into the small hours. Could hear toilet use in other rooms.
Location, proximity to historic Verona, and train station, Comfortable rooms, good breakfast choices, good spacious bathroom, staff very helpful, especially Laura,
don't see the point of Jacuzzi shower?
Room was very large and nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and big bathroom. Loved the bicycles available to rent, very handy and hotel should be making more of them.
Jacuzzi feature in the bath.
Very helpful staff. Loved the extras in the room. Slippers, chocolates on the bed, teabags for tea etc. The breakfast was plentiful.
The room was on a separate building from the lobby and dining room.
Comfortable rooms Helpful staff Cleanliness Good location -10 mins walk to centre, but 5 mins walk from train / bus station - easy access to the airport
Great breakfast and fairly priced. We could walk from the train station with our backpacks, and walk to everything else as well.
location and breakfast
didn't like the fact that once we checked in had to leave the reception area and walk down the street to another building plus the view was terrible
Breakfast and the room
Excellent location within the city but not at the centre so you can get away from the many tourists; very friendly, helpful staff who were extremely obliging.
Room was large comfortable and spacious, staff were multilingual and very helpful as one would expect of this chain.
Thin curtains and brightly lit street Breakfast looked good until one analysed the offering - lots of sugar and processed meats. Close to Station but a long way from tourist precinct. Taxis not cheap in Verona cf other cities. No room service restaurant and few places nearby to eat
Staff was very helpful, hotel was very clean.
Very good quality facility. Upgraded quality of the bathroom. Had good bath/jacuzzi combination. Large, well furnished room. Very good breakfast, with good variety hot and cold items. Fast internet. Close to old town.
Very well appointed, fantastic location from the train station, the old town and Europcar. Would stay there again!
room beautiful. breakfast excellent
Great location, but beyond that this hotel has charm in spades. My room was delightful. Stylish in the Italian way, spotless, comfortable bed, and a bathroom that belonged in a five-star hotel. (Power shower with spa jets.) I also got a complimentary upgrade from Booking.com from a single to a double. I've been lucky enough to stay in five-star hotels around the world for business but the personal budget doesn't extend that far, yet I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Also bowled over by Verona. One night was not nearly enough. I'll be back!
We booked an appartament (40 m2). The appartament is big enough for the family with a child. It is simple, clean , very good bed ( hard), wooden floor, good breakfast. The hotel is on the one of the biggest street but it is not a problem for sleeping. 3 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the Arena.
Room traditionally decorated, but had all modern comforts. Very clean. Front desk staff speak good English (but will also speak to you in Italian if you make the effort) and very helpful. Good variety and quality of food at breakfast. convenient for station.
Slightly far from town (10 min walk). Some noise from road if window open, air-con a bit noisy.
Staff was very helpful. Location was great (very close to the train station). Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
