Best Western Hotel Firenze  

I enjoyed the convenience of location between the train station and city center and the the courteous staff. I loved the tile, color choices, overall decor of the room and adjoining bathroom. I felt that the staff was caring and went out of their way to welcome us with a drink and snack at the bar - we had travelled by train quite far during the day we arrived and appreciated the personal touch. The room and linens were very clean. Breakfast downstairs on both mornings was very tasty and presented in a lovely way. If I was allowed to give 5 stars, I would! Thank you.

The washroom smelled like sewage independent of my usage. I don't know if this was a problem in the whole building or just something strange in my part of the building. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay and had some lovely quiet nights for sleeping and recovering from sightseeing. Everything about our stay in the hotel was just perfect, and the staff were really efficient and courteous. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again for sure. Breakfast was fantastic!!!

The jacuzzi in the room and the complementary things in the room upon arrival. Also the breakfast was amazing and good quality

It's an excellent hotel and the staff were very good. Very near the heart of Verona which is a very big plus. We stayed in the annex a couple of doors down from the actual hotel but this was fine.

For me (being a Scot) it was a little pricy (€150 a night for a triple) but the location couldn't have been better.

We admired everything in the hotel! The room was spacy and the bathroom too, bed was excellent. Breakfast was very nice (included variety of meat, cheese, omelette, plenty of desserts, fruits, juices etc. and the service staff at brekfast was very attentive. The location is very convinient - the railway station is close and it's just a 15-minute walk to the ancient city-centre. We didn't use Wi-Fi, though it was provided in our room, but there is also an internet-desk at the lobby.

We only wished we had a bath instead of a shower, but we should have written about that while booking.

This a great Hotel. One the best value for me in Europe. Near to the best points in the City, very clean and with employees very helpfull. We were in the higher floor with a balcony that was marvelous. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and will return to it again.

Only the bathroomn (a jacuzzi for bath) is very small but certainly is compensated by the comfort with the rest.

Good location, beside a somewhat busy street. Room was reasonably sound- proof. Easy 7 minute walk to the pedestrian city centre. Very good breakfast. Exceptionally clean throughout the hotel. Very convenient to the train station. Friendly, attentive staff.

Central location for all of the historic sites and for the main transport links. The hotel was comfortable clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Its location and price.

The hotel staff were extremely charming and helpful at all times. Whilst there was no view from the room we had, it was a lovely room and all the facilities were good. The breakfasts were fresh and service excellent.

The pillows were not soft enough!

Well-equipped, excellent staff, cozy room, good breakfast. Highly recommend.
