Nice and cozy place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Since it's located right near the Central station, I would recommend B&B Firenze32 to everyone, who intends to discover not only Naples itself, but also some beautiful towns nearby.
Breakfast was minimal but brought to the room at the requested time in the morning. Location close to the railway station, every destination easy reachable.
The area around the hotel not very clean, but that is historical Naples...
Breakfast is no breakfast, mini croissant, mini coffee without promised balcony, small window in dark yard,
Location, is really close to the train station and some of the places that you would like to see in the city like the duomo.
The main person at the front desk didnt speak any english so it was hard to comunicate, after check in everybody was gone so if you had any questions too bad. the room smelled like smoke, but also everybody smokes in italy!
Close to train station Complimentary coffee in the morning
Bed linen wasn't the cleanest Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke
Close the station - which makes it easy to leave!!!!
Conveniently centrally located. The place it self was amazing...super clean and beautifully renovated, retro style interior!!! Absolutely loved it!
The lifts are narrow, but it wasn't a big deal as the B&B was only on the third floor. We used it only to curry up and down our luggage.
Location near the main trainstation Clean bathroom
Dirty room, dirty bading which they didn't change after previously customer, extreamly noisy place. Cheap, uneatable beakfast
The hotel is convenient if you want to be next to Roma train station
The welcoming wasn't friendly, the room seem vey dark, the toilets and lockers in the room make it really noisy. That night the other guests have been very loud but maybe it's not always like that. I barely slept!
The B&B is ideally located 2 minutes walk from central station, in the very heart of historical city, which alone is worth coming to Naples. The room is nice, clean and spacious, having all the stuffings and strong wifi signal. The bathroom is comfortable. The staff is very welcoming, really easy-going and considerate hosts. Thanks guys, I hope to come for a longer stay one day.
Basic accommodation. Clean room. Owner nice.
Only owner spoke English so hard to communicate with staff. Kitchen had no kettle or microwave and was unclean. Location of the accommodation was horrible. Dirty streets, rubbish everywhere and just very messy and unclean.
The location was convenient for using Metro, train, buses and airport. The staff was wonderful and "Geno" went out his way to help. This is near train station so of course you need to be cautious when out and about. We did not have any trouble at all but, you still need to respect the location as to where you are at. I had some great sleep here. Shopping was a blast. Good deals in this location to be had. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back one day. Loved the tile floor.
Breakfast was so so. There were enough cafe's / bar close enough, so no problem on going elsewhere for the real deal.
Next to the trainstation for Pompei and Ercolano.
Great location near the central railway station, not very clean, but enouth, wi-fi: ok, price. There is no normal kitchen (very small and the most for stuff). Storage room.. All is excellent for this price! But you should to have a lock with you!
Clean rooms, excellent wifi, close to train station. Would recommend for one night only.
Dodgy area at night, definitely didn't feel comfortable walking by myself. Beds were a bit shaky. My keys didn't open the main door and there was no breakfast provided even though it's a B&B?
close to central station and centre of Naples, room was clean (they cleaned it every day) and relatively quiet
dark room- just a very small window, felt dangerous in this locality, the toilet was leaking
Receptionist, who was working on 5th Friday 2014, was impolite. We (me - pregnant and my elderly mother)`ve got a number on the 3d floor (in the hotel there is no lift) and had to pull our heavy luggages by ourselves. On my request for some help we`ve got a negative answer. He also told that there is no one who can do it - disparagingly said: "LATER". At the same time on the next day there was another receptionist in the hotel and he by himself proposed to take our luggage down the stairs. Thanks a lot to him!
It was so close to the Napoli central station, and easy to find food. It wasnt a backpackers. I used a twin room for only me! Love it!
There is no kitchen.
nice room , wifi , TV ,correct quality price /
the place where is the B&B is not a good area in Napoles Once you are inside the B&b, is a clean place close the train station Breakfast is really simple ( would be necessary at least a juice )
Even I had a reservation with booking.com, they told me the dorm room is under renovation and all the other rooms are full. They told me that they sent me an e-mail a week befor, but I didn't. After we discussed about the problem, I got double bed room with dorm room price.
Location is really good, very close from the central railway station. The room was very clean and pleasant. Big, comfortable bed.
Shower was leaking and the bathroom used to get blocked with water. Breakfast was just a coffee and a packed croissant.
The B&B is conveniently located near the central station, ideal for daytrips to Vesuvius, Herculaneum etc. We received breakfast in our room and we could enjoy it on the balcony. It was very nice that we could leave our luggage until the evening which allowed us extra sightseeing time.
The hotel room wasn't exactly soundproof so one should bring earplugs if one is noise sensitive. Otherwise, good value for money.
Area felt completely unsafe, walked back with my wife at around 10pm in the evening, groups of drunken men congregating on the road and surrounding roads. Would not recommend for any solo female travellers. Beds still had plastic covering on them, making them almost impossible to sleep on due to the heat it created and the noise they made. Staff spoke poor English and breakfast consisted of some stale packet croissants and biscuits. Did not even offer water or juice with breakfast, when asked was rudely told no. So called "private" parking is a paid public car parking building, where you are expected to give the keys to your vehicle to the attendants to park your vehicle for you. All in all, the worst place we stayed in across our entire trip in Italy.
it' s very near the train station !!just five minutes~ the staff is very nice~~the bed and the shower are comfortable~
Location was good.
Whole city Napoli was suck. It seems like the hostel follows the atmosphere of the city.
