5泊しました。電子レンジを部屋に貸出して頂き、助かりました。近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、簡単な食- 事は自炊出来ました。地下にある共用キッチンや洗濯機も利用でき、これも助かります。 夜はスタッフが居なくなるので、何かの非常時には困ります。 |

老親を伴い家族5人で利用。天井が高く、趣のあるメゾネットタイプで、中庭に面した50平米の部屋はとても- 快適でしたわよ。何よりもスタッフの対応が、至れり尽くせりで素晴らしい！冷蔵庫の飲み物はフリーでワイン- 、ビール、水などが用意されていました。クーポラまで徒歩5、6分程度。主要美術館も徒歩圏。チェックアウ- ト時には、地元パティシエのチョコをゲッツ。徒歩10分の中央市場で地元食材を見てまわるのも面白かったで- す。満足度相当大！な宿でした。ぜひ I shall return したいですわ。 |

The room was beautiful and big, so was the bathroom. The sunroom and kitchen was great. Everything about the room was great. They even noticed it was my birthday and brought us a fruit basket. Very helpful and great place. The best place we stayed in Italy. Nothing!!! It was wonderful, the location is great and so many excellent restaurants close by. |

Spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable suite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only a couple of minutes from the city centre. Our room was very noisy at night, especially during the weekend, impossible to sleep because of the constant traffic. |

Really perfect hotel! Best of all hotels we visited during our journey. Nice and exiting decoration, spaceous room, proximity to all tourist attractions and fantastic staff, who made everithing to make your stay exellent. Even they position itself as "appartments" but You get all services, usually provided in hotel, and have small kitchen as surplus (if You want to cook your meal by yourself). Special thanks to hotel manager Enrico Morelli who recommended us fine restaurant nearby! Even bath room is spaceous, shower cabin is bit tight - but it is too neglectable comparing to general perfect impresion. |

Close to city center and shopping, spacious rooms, kitchenet in suites is very handy if you travel with kids or if you want to prepare meals sometimes. Poor lighting, dark rooms due to ground floor location.They definately should improve lightening in rooms. Also another tv in a family room area wuld be desirable. The roooms are very clean which can not be said about dusty floors. So don't walk barefoot. Hard beds but not too bad. Pillows are very hard. But overall good value for money. |

Lovely room, interesting decor. Mini kitchen was amazing. Great value so near the centre of Firenze. Although the mini kitchen was amazing, I would have liked breakfast! Either that or coffee etc as a starter pack. |

The reception was very friendly on a stressful arrival, no problem the room was ready and perfectly presented. The room it self was compact but what I expected from a city hotel. Modern clean bathroom, with a varity of shower heads and light settings!!! The roof garden was beautiful, a real hidden gem was practacally undisturbed. Would definatly stay again! |

Our room was large and airey with a little courtyard garden. Nice touches with free wine, beer etc in fridge. Staff very helpful making reservations etc on our behalf. |

Extremely clean, comfortable and relatively large room/bathroom. Exceptional staff, very courteous, helpful and friendly. Also great location for visiting major city landmarks by foot (central, yet quiet). Highly recommended and would come back again! |
