First of Florence  

Hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä, aivan Duomon vieressä ja kävellen voi mennä katsomaan kaikkia nähtävyyksiä. Sisustus on kaunis, aamupala ihan hyvä, herkkukori mukava yllätys ja respan Laura auttavainen ja ystävällinen.

Tämä oli aivan uskomattoman upea hotelli. Vaikka varatessani hotellia näin kuvat, emme voineet uskoa silmiämme, kun meille esiteltiin huoneemme. Aivan mahdottoman upea paikka ja keskellä kaikkea! Meitä oli viisi aikuista ja yksivuotias tyttö. Huoneisto oli remontoitu todella hyvällä maulla, vanhaa kunnioittaen. Jos Firenzeen vielä tulemme, niin valitsemme ilman muuta uudelleen tämän hotellin. Kiertäessämme Italiaa, tämä oli ehdottomasti parhain ja miellyttävin hotelli.

In the hotel one feels a person beeing looked after.Very helpful straff. And this is the most appropriate place to stay in Florence - historical building in the heart of historical city.

Excellent location Perfect for our family of six. Very clean Excellent helpfull staff Room full of extras goodies-wine, fruit juice, tea, coffee,water and pasta ! lots of toiletries. Parking sevice excellent and a must .

Laura, the reception manager was outstanding and coundnt do enough for you. The location was perfect making it an ideal location in the city. First ot Florecne will definately go to the top of my recommendation list

Not that I didnt like, only that the rooms, although beautiful would benefit from being painted, there were quite e number of marks on the walls, as i say just minor, but does spoil a little what would otherwise be just perfect.

The dimmer lighting was romantic, architectural design elegently Tuscan and the furnishings classy. Fruit basket, fridge staples and wine were awaiting with the bonus of washer and dryer, full kitchen with maid service as well. Jacuzzi tub delightful, and split bathroom great for multiple users. Perfect location, only one block from the duomo. Laura was beyond helpful with everything from taxis, advice and directions. Wifi was good and elevator handy. Terrific free breakfast at OK cafe across street. Huge walk-in closets. Can't say enough about how wonderful this experience was.

Second bed was a sofa bed that was not comfortable. The other bed was fine.

Location of the hotel was excellent - good American breakfast directly accross the street. Laura was excellent - very helpful and was focused on making sure we were satisfied. Room was very comfortable and complimentary wine and fruits was appreciated.

Shower draining issue on first day, but was quickly addressed by the afternoon. Some noise in the alley directly above our unit (local bar at closing time) - but it's a city, right?

The stay was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owners are mindfull of every detail to make the stay convenient and joyfull. For the example, a fruit busket and a bottle of Chianti waited for us at arrival. They even give you tablets with detergent to do your laundry! The appartment was spacious and tidy. A big set of dishes was proposed at breakfast which is served in the cafe in the opposite building. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center, but in a quite and safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend it!

We expected 2 bedrooms unfortunately we got one room with 2 double beds.

This place is the only place I would stay in Florence! Laura is amazing and looked after our luggage while we were in Venice for two nights,as well as booking museum tickets, providing a fresh food welcome package. The location is wonderful, 3 mins walk from the Duomo. You must stay here. Very spacious, well equipped units.

great welcome and attention to detail

The set-up of the rooms were fantastic however the stairs leading to the bathroom and upstaris rooms were very steep.

Laura and the staff were really friendly and helpful, checking up that we had the opportunity to do different things and how they went, making new suggestions. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast at OK Bar was excellent every morning.
