First of Florence  

there was everything to like. location, clean, comfortable, close to all major attractions, and especially Laura the hostess

we had 5 adults on their suite and the sofa bed could of been more comfortable

we liked the furniture, the modern equipped kitchen, the food ans the staff

location, welcome wine, a lot of conveniences for guests

We expected 2 bedrooms unfortunately we got one room with 2 double beds.

This place is the only place I would stay in Florence! Laura is amazing and looked after our luggage while we were in Venice for two nights,as well as booking museum tickets, providing a fresh food welcome package. The location is wonderful, 3 mins walk from the Duomo. You must stay here. Very spacious, well equipped units.

great welcome and attention to detail

The set-up of the rooms were fantastic however the stairs leading to the bathroom and upstaris rooms were very steep.

Laura and the staff were really friendly and helpful, checking up that we had the opportunity to do different things and how they went, making new suggestions. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast at OK Bar was excellent every morning.

It was a great hotel so close to the Duomo. Room was great and staff left complimentary fruits and snack along with a bottle of wine. My kids loved the setup of the room. It has full kitchen and washer/dryer. We only stayed a single night and my son wanted to stayed there longer.

This is an excellation location and Laura went beyond the call of duty. She happily answered all our questions, gave necessary advice and was most helpful. The apartment is very centrally located and the extra touches like a fruit basket, juice etc was most thoughtful and welcome after a long journey. I would definitely recommend this clean, central and excellent value for money apartment.

Excellent location, beautiful design, impeccably clean and very, very comfortable. You have just everything in the apartment to make your stay very enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. I lack words to describe how much we liked the First of FLorence. Many thanks! I very strongly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this beatiful city!

There is nothing we did not like.

This apartment suited our needs very well. It is a convenient location,very near both the Duomo and David at the Accademia. The welcoming basket of goodies, overall cleanliness, comfortable beds and kitchen were appreciated.

For a couple travelling with adult daughter and son, the double bed plus sofa bed were just OK for our 2 night stay, but there was little room to move.

Beautiful apartment style, very well equipped in an excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast across the road was very enjoyable.

Very well kept, clean, basically well furnished and tasteful interior. Kitchenette and washing facilities a plus.

Bathroom very small. We requested 2 bedrooms (1x double bed & 1 x 2 single beds) We got a loft room apartment. Two 21year old sons had to share a very poor sleeper couch! They virtually slept on the springs.

We could not fault the service or accommodation that we received at First of Florence. The location was so central and fabulous breakfasts at the cafe across the street along with the welcome hamper of food and wine were the icing on the cake.

Its near the center of Firenze, the suite is full equipped with all the necessary household equipment - theater, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking pots, electric stove and even basic food items - pasta, oil, orange juice and a bottle of wine - a very nice and clean.

A little old fashioned facilities and the ways to the second floor has no elevator which may be a little problem

Everything! Laura was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are great, spacious, modern, clean and of a great size, considering that they are in the heart of Florence. They kindly leave in the rooms a comolimentary bottle of Chuanti, fresh fruit, cookies, bread and pasta! amazing! What a way to make people happy! Heavily recommend for families, great location and great service!

Excellent staff and location, everything was easy.

The location is perfect, just 5 min from Duomo. The room was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and welcoming (thanx to Laura). I loved the design.

The toilet was really noisy and our room had only 1 bathroom (not that convenient for 4 people). But that did't spoil our stay.

The rooms were fabulous. Lots of space, very clean and we had a welcome basket of foods and drink. The cafe across the street offered an excellent daily breakfast. It was centrally located and we literally were able to "live" in Florence for our week. The food market was just a few doors down, and there was a laundrymat up the street a few doors. I would recommend this hotel to others, and gladly return on my next visit to Florence.

The street noise was a bit distracting at night. Would be nice if we could close off the outside shutters.
