First Of Florence

4〜5人用の部屋に2人で宿泊、ホテルというより家にいる感覚。キッチン、ディッシュワッシャー、全自動洗- 濯機、ジャグジー風呂完備、冷蔵庫のオレンジジュース、パスタ、トマトソース、ワインも無料、旅なれた人、- 長期滞在者にお勧め。早朝、夜間はフロントに人がいないが、若い女性のフロントは親切で感じが良い。

ロケーションは下町、特に夜間は暗く外出は控えた方が良い。ホテル入り口にはサインがなく、大きなビルの入- り口に名刺大の紙がセロテープで貼ってある。書かれた番号に電話をすると近くから係が来る（英語必須）。タ- クシーをおりた後、探すのに苦労した。

部屋は広く、ドゥーモなど中心街に近く便利。朝食は、建物の道の向かいのBARで取るが、美味しかった。（- 地元の客が多い）自動洗濯機が部屋に備え付けられている（キッチンの下）大変助かった。またウエルカムドリ- ンク類（ワイン、ミネラルウォーター、フルーツ等々）も有難かった。次も是非泊まりたい。

キッチンで作った食事を取るダイニングテーブルがあるとなお良いう。

歩いて観光する拠点としてお勧めできますが、駅からは１５分ほどかかります。フロントは２４時間対応ではあ- りません。チックイン時に支払いを済ませます。家族５人で１室を４泊利用しましたが、広くて快適でした。キ- ッチンには冷蔵庫とレンジ、湯沸かし器があり便利です。洗濯機もあります。

１泊目にブレーカーが落ちてビックリしました。エアコンや家電を一度に使うにはアンペア容量不足なのでしょ- う。ロフトに湯船がありますがジャグジー機能はつかえませんでした。湯船のお湯を落とすと下のシャワールー- ムの排水溝から溢れて出てきました。下水の配管が細いのでしょうか。

ロケーションはDoumoの直ぐ近くで非常に便利。　ホテルというより普通の家を借りたような感覚で、部屋にはベッドルームの他に居間やキッチンもあって、冷蔵- 庫やレンジ、鍋から食器まで道具もすべて揃っている。　長期に滞在するならもってこいの場所だと思いました。　洗濯機も部屋の中にあり重宝しました。　スタッフの人も親切だし、セキュリティもしっかりしていて大変くつろぐことができました。　また行く機会があったとしたら是非また泊まりたいです。

私は車で行きましたが市内中心にあるので道が狭くホテル前には車を置くスペースがないのでとにかく車を駐車- するのに苦労しました。　ホテルのサインが一切ないので見つけるに非常に苦労しました。　駐車場はホテルから少し離れたところで、ホテル経由で駐車場の人が車をガレージに移動、頼むとホテルまで車- を持ってきてくれますが、駐車料は１晩３０ユーロと高めです。

Loved the hotel the city the restaurants and the sites the woman at the front desk was a wonderful "hostess" she was excellent at her job!!!!!!!

Location, location, location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Fruit and chianti on arrival. Laura helped with booking Uffizi and Academia and with booking a great restaurant. Thanks Laura, we thought you were terrific.

Nothing at all. Looking forward to a return trip asap.

Luxurious interior (included dishwasher and washing machine!!) , ven nice bottle of red wine included. Excellent service (very nice personnel, helpful in booking tickets etc.), superb inner city location, good breakfast is taken in a bar across the street

Hotel is in excellent location to explore Florence and has very friendly staff. We were made very welcome and had a bottle of wine, fruits and snacks waiting for us. Also very much enjoyed jaccuzi bath. Overall, it is a fantastic place to stay.

We stayed in the largest suite for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic. We felt like we were living in Florence for 10 days.

I enjoyed the First of Florence mainly because of its location and its proximity to all the sites in Florence. The rooms were clean and the decor was first class. The bottle of wine, fresh fruit and food in the fridge were an added touch never before experienced. This is a unique hotel, one of which I would highly recommend.

The location is fabulous and it is a quiet heritage building. The apartment was excellent, with kitchen and laundry facilities. Laura the manager, is so helpful and the fresh fruit and drinks on arrival is a lovely touch.

There was nothing about the hotel itself, just be careful if you are driving there. Our gps got confused and we ended up circling the Duomo, which is at the end of the street. Once you get there however, Laura will get the car taken to a park for you and she arranges the permits for being in the restricted zone.

The accommodations were very tasteful and exceeded our expectations. We were right within walking distance of the Duomo and in a very nice location. The breakfast at the bar next door was very good too. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating.
