First of Florence  

Hotel położony w samym centrum miasta, a jednocześnie w pokoju cisza. Bardzo miła recepcjonistka. Bezproblemowy dostęp do Wi-Fi. Miłą niespodzianką były owoce, wino I lunch.

Mieliśmy problem z samochodem. Najtańszy parking jaki udało nam się znaleźć w rozsądnej odległości był w Fortezza da Basso (20 euro za dobę) - 20-25 min piechotą. Hotel oferuje parking, ale też nieco oddalony I za 30 euro doba

Great location, service, facilities and staff. They stayed around when I was late for check in time and found a restaurant that served a specific dish I was looking for. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I thought the location was superb. 2 minutes walk from the Duomo and all attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Laura at the reception was very friendly and apologetic about keeping us waiting in the morning (they arrive at 8AM as it is a service apartment, but i forgot to tell them i arrive at 6.30AM). They provided excellent pasta in the kitchen and the whole experience was amazing.

First of Florence exceeded all expectations for a lovely trip to Florence. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Everything was clean, updated and the staff was fabulous. They accommodated our needs as a family traveling with 3 young children between the ages of 5-9. We highly recommend First of Florence to anyone traveling to Florence.

Everything was wonderful!

The hotel is very atmospheric as it is in a nice old building. It is actually on the first floor - there is a lift - and the door off the street is so big that they have to put an electronic device on it to open it. You really get the feeling of staying in a Florentine house rather that a hotel. The roomswere big and the ones we had were equiped with a full kitchen and washing machine - sheer heaven if you are travelling. They even provided enough basic food to make a meal including a bottle of wine, all at no cost. To top it off as we were there over Easter we got a great big Easter Egg for each occupant. I dont think there are many staff but those we met were very helpful and friendly and treated us as if we were quests in their own home. Location is great everything is in walking distance.

Unfortuantely they do not have a breakfast room but give you vouchers for the cafe acdcross the street. Not the best breakfast we had in Italy but passable.

This is a great Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was fantastic for two or four people and exceeded our needs. The location is perfect for touring or relaxing.

Bathroom very small. Practically you can not entry if you are a little bit fat. Bathroom dimensions under the minimum standard ! Our room was "Le Dame". TV programms just Italian, and only a few.

We are a family of 5 and were on a 10 day trip to Paris, Venice, Florence and Rome. We chose this hotel because of its price and location. We were pleasantly surprised by the unit we were given when we arrived. We stayed at the Marie Antoinette which was a superior suite good for 4/5 people. It could easily have accommodated 7. There was a queen sofa bed and a sofa downstairs, a queen bed upstairs, plus a single bed and another single sofa bed at the inner room upstairs. The unit had 2 bathrooms, a small dinning room, a fully working kitchen, washer and dryer and a complete set of dining and cooking utensils. The entire unit had an old-world charm but the facilities were very modern. The best part was Laura at the reception. She was very efficient, helpful and pleasant. She showed us how everything worked in our rooms, lent us a flat iron when we were looking for one and made dinner reservations for us. She even translated for us in English a product we bought which only had Italian instructions. Unlike previous reviews which complained on street noise, we were never really bothered by it despite the fact that we had a corner room facing the street on the first floor. It was a walking distance to most of the places and was very near the Duoma and the Accademia. This was the best accommodation throughout our entire trip.

Spacious,antique decor and extremely convenient for everything in Florence.

Lovely clean, well furnished, stylish room. Lots of food in room provided free. Reception, Laura, was exceptional. Location great, can walk everywhere. Breakfast at cafe was good. We cooked in room because it was so nice and easy.

Noise from street, but it is Rome. Closed window works fairly well.

Everythinng from location, price to staff. The bonus, we believe, is the staff receptionist Laura. She is simply the best staff we have ever encountered on our travels. Laura goes the extra mile with her service, including allowing calls to be made from our Tuscan guide to us via her cell phone, as we did not have one with us. The apartment was luxurious and there were wonderful little touches e.g. Wine bottle, nougat and some food basics provided at no extra cost.

It was a noisy stay. When the tenants stayinu upstairs flushed their toilets, we could hear the water sounds clearly. The traffic noises can be annoying, especially if you happen to be there on a Saturday night. There was constant traffic noises throughout the night. Also, whilst the breakfast across the street at the OK Bar was convenient, it became quite dull after a while. We stayed for a week and by the third morning, we opted to have cereal instead of bacon or ham and eggs. We felt that the meal could have been a little more interesting?
