Hotel First  

The hotel is good if you visit Florence with a car, because it has free parking and the bus station is near the hotel. The drive into the city with the bus is about a half hour depends on traffic. The last bus is driving against 23 o clock. The hotel is about 15 Km from Florence city center away. a Tip: you may book only the superior room, because these rooms are renovated. The hotel is a little older, but the rooms are renovated and clean. It has a swimming pool. For a city trip (2 nights) we can recommend this hotel, but only if you come with car.

old furniture, old carpet, very old elevator. Some students have a party next to the swimming pool under with loud music under our window (this was not so good). On the internet photos the hotel looks better than in reality

Audibility between rooms

big hotel but a bit old, 40min by bus from city centre of Florence, but only 1 min away from highway, very helpful and friendly staff at reception, for our room category we could also use a very fast WiFi connection everywhere in the hotel even at pool, breakfast was ok, good restaurant, pool is very nice and also for free, free big parking, big shopping centres nearby

it's not luxury for 4 stars hotel

The hotel is very near to the High-way and it is in 20 minutes from Florence by car. We had superior double room which was recently renovated, so the room and bathroom are very neat and clean. Breakfast is OK and the outside pool is great for a good start of the day. All in all, for a 2 nights staying in the middle of August, this hotel had everything we needed.

The hotel is near the highway but you dont hear the noise from it. The outside looks of the hotel does not reflect its good interior. The room was tidy and furnished in a modern stile. The bed was perfect i slept like a baby. Just in front of the hotel you have the bus station. The bus no. 2 takes you to the central train station santa maria novela in 35 - 40 min. The price of the ticket is 2 € in the bus and 1,2€ at the Tabaccaio.If you are with the car and wont to visit the rest of toscany the hotel is just for you. Afther the whole day of sightseeing a good sleep is priceless and the hotel gives you just that.Just one more thing the breakfast is excellent.

Pleasant staff speaking English, very good breakfast, comfortable room and good parking by hotel.

The hotel was extremely convenient for a night stopover close to the A1.

The mattress was hard.

Molti. Camere non insonorizzate, vecchie, tenute mali,ascensore che funzionano male,colazione con roba vecchia e caffè bruciato cortesia dei ragazzo della reception , mai trovato un quattro stelle in queste condizioni. Assomiglia ad un vecchio 2 stelle di qualche padre di mare. Mah incredibile!
