First Hotel Malpensa    

We had a 6:30 am flight, the hotel has a airport shuttle starting at 4:30 am which worked out perfectly. They even had coffee, tea and rolls at that hour. Staff was great.

Bar attendant said that there was no dinners available but it turned out we could order dinner from the bar menu which was very good. May have been mis-communication.

Friendly convenient comfortable good facilities like wifi.

Breakfast was spartan and almost no food left by 08:00 when we arrived

Perfect location for early departure from Malpensa Airport; great staff--friendly and very helpful; very nice restaurant; the hotel has window screens (no mosquitos).

Great helpful staff who helped us get our stuck travel plug out with the minimum of fuss and then put some tape around it to make it usable again. Everyone was cheerful and made us feel welcome.

No complaints from us. I have already recommended it to 2 other couples.

Location near airport was perfect for our departure flight back to USA and the service to and from hotel was extremely prompt. The restaurant is so tastefully decorated and the food is excellent. No shopping or nightlife that we could tell near by, but for departure flight for us this hotel was excellent and the staff was so friendly. Everyone spoke very good English too, no problem communicating at all. Great way to spend last night in Italy close to airport to ;prepare departure home to avoid getting stuck in traffic and miss flight lol.

Close to airport, but quiet area. Good for early departure or late arrival. Free shuttle bus from and to airport 5 minutes drive. 30 minutes to the center of Milan by Malpensa express.

We just stopped there for the night as it was near the airport and we had an early flight. The hotel shuttle was on time and very friendly personnel. Pretty hotel.

We arrived early and wanted to see downtown Milan.Far for city commute. You have to take the hotel shuttle to the airport to get the trains to downtown Milan. To return to the hotel you have to get back to airport, call the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable modern rooms and a very reasonably priced restaurant, with complimentary transfers to and from Malpensa Airport as well as the Maplensa Express into downtown Milan.

Staff at check-in were excellent warm friendly welcome - really good shuttle service - excellent, drivers so friendly and helpful

The bus driver was very helpful and took our bags directly to our room

Had to wait for 20 mins for other guests arriving at a different terminal

Great location Malpensa Airport.

Waiter lied about the food. Then he gave us chicken salad without chicken. When questioned, he said iteas in there. Then he went to the kitchen , returned, and told us they ran out!

Conveniently located just next to MXP airport. Nice staff, good room, comfy bed, large bathroom. Free pick up from the airport and to the airport. All just perfect for those who need to sleep in there before the flight. Highly recommended!

Excellent staff, nice comfortable rooms, good wifi and free parking.

Once you know to phone for a pick-up from the airport all was good. Great caring service, would use again

The hotel was good value for money and reasonably comfortable.

We travelled to the airport by train but it was not easy to find our hotel. The airport shuttle bus dropped us at the address we had for the hotel but we found ourselves stranded in no-man's land and we had to wait for the bus to return us to the station. I recommend getting a taxi to the hotel or ringing the hotel for assistance with their own vehicle.

Location was convenient to Malpensa airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff assisted in getting coffee for my wife early in the morning even though the kitchen was not open.

Close to airport and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I'd recommend for a quick one night stay if you need a place near the airport/train station. They have a free airport shuttle which was very helpful.

The location is great for the airport as intended. The rooms are well priced and very clean

The food is okay but the lobby bar is way over priced. Better than last time but still too expensive and just makes guests go elsewhere. If they need the income put £5 on the room rate and have a nice lobby area where guests want to stay and chat with a drink
