Unpersonel and unpleasant. Very poor breakfast, to be called only Croisson and coffe at the best! We didn' use the dinner facilities as the menue was verry verry expensif. lucky us we had some bisquites and fruits - No restaurants and / or market near the hotel - I would not only not recomand this hotel but I will recomand not to go to. By the way, Booking com should add her phone no on the order confirmation in case the user needs her help during the trip - I actually ordered 1 more night in that hotel since I ended my trip a day earlier and was taxed with a higher amount for it - if I knew the quality of the hotel of course i would have preferred a better option. |

It was in a tiny village and it was pleasant to walk around. It had a nice outside area to sit and relax. |

Shuttle and convenience to airport No amenities or clock radio! You had no idea of the time when catching an early morning flight. Decent but not great breakfast. Pay for eggs...but worth it. |

Nice large room and bath, quiet, well-equipped and comfortable (though the shower did leak a bit, and the TV remote wasn't working properly). The free shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient, and the desk staff were friendly. Avoid the restaurant! The food was poor (and, at breakfast, also sparse), the service was brusque (one gentleman at the adjacent table was flatly told he couldn't have a glass of water with his meal, and when another politely asked for a bit of parmesan cheese with his gnocchi, the waiter snapped that it was 'inside' and refused to bring him any more) ... and did someone think that broken bits of fusilage were a good decor option for an airport hotel? There is a little local restaurant right next door that I wish I had noticed when we arrived; it has to be better. |

Excellent location for your last day in Milan- early flight to catch and they have a 5 minute drive to the airport. Rooms were comfortable and had good amenities. |

The hotel is convenient to Malpensa Airport, the staff was very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. My family, who traveled with me, had a very pleasant afternoon in the bar. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and prompt, even at 05:30 AM! I was disappointed in the quality of the dinner I had at the hotel restaurant. I thought my dinner's taste (the grilled salmon) was rather mediocre--the fish was dry and lacked any sauces that might have enhanced the flavor--and certainly not an exceptional value for the money. To be fair, those traveling with me seemed to have better meals than mine. Perhaps this is just the luck of the draw. |

The shuttle service from the airport. The help we received from the desk staff printing our boarding passes. The food service late at night. Convenient to airport. The strange "room key/card" light activation system. |

Some of the staff where really friendly. Some not at all. Transfer to the airport is on demand only. 1 is included in the room price. The next one you are being charged with 5 EUR per way per person even if you get a dayroom after spending the night there. Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so you need transport. |

We liked nothing about the hotel. The shuttle from the airport to thehotel was unreliable requiring a forty minutes wait. Another time it did not come at all until a second call brought the shuttle. The airconditioning system was inadequate resulting in uncomfortable evenings. The shower was full of green mold and the drain was clogged. The staff was asked three times to fix the problems but nothing was done. The breakfast was totally inadequate and the dining room was cold, dark and uninviting. The women on the front desk were very uncooperative, arrogant and they couldn't even get our wake-up call right resulting in no wakeup call on one of the day. The t.v. did not work. Stated partially above. I would not recomment that anyone book into this hotel. At the completion of our two day stay at the hotel, we asked the front desk for a discount on the charges because of the unresolved problems as stated above, but they denied giving us any reduction, not even apologized for the poor service and inadequate facilities, especially the inability to use the shower or the television set. |

Very attractive, fresh decor in lobby and rooms; staff is professional and helpful; excellent continental breakfast. Perfect location for airport. Dinner menu prices extremely high and dining room decor looks very industrial. Soundproofing between rooms is not good - we were kept awake by TV in next room. |

Staff was accommodating and courteous; the room and public areas were clean and aesthetically pleasing; food and drink were available on site; location near the airport facilitated our early morning departure. |

A free shuttle to/from the airport. They give 30min of free public Internet access.Nice room with large lcd tv. The breakfast: wish the bread and buns were fresh and not refrigerated. The resturant inside the hotel: small portion of food, not worth the money. Pay attention that there are other resturants nearby in a walking distance (such as Samarcanda). It's an airport hotel so obviously you can hear all of the airplanes. |

Free short term internet for airport check-in Additional charge for drop-off and pick-up at the airport in order to get transportation to Milan for a day trip. Shuttle was going back and forth for free pick-ups anyway. |

The room was functional and comfortable for what we needed, which was a place to stay that was convenient to the airport. Food in retaurant was very good. |
