First Hotel Malpensa  

No free internet connection in the guest room

Location, Location and good transportation from and to terminals nothing alse......

This is not 4 star hotel.US Motels are better.They wake me up at midnight, were looking for somene who order drink at the bar and told them my room #, and they want confirm...what I understand but not at midnnight!! No Other places to eat around so their dinner menu is so so expansive!!! Way too much!!and very poor menu!!! Same thing in the morning, very poor menu, Very basic, not for the money what I paid. This Hotel should cost no more then $80 per night. Not reccomend to anybody!!!!!

Room comfort.

Shuttle arrives to slow, early breakfast is pretty poor.

It is an airport hotel and so it is only 5 minutes' journey by car to the airport. The shuttle car is convenient; when you arrive at the airport you call them on the airport phone and they pick you up. The breakfast is quite nice.

The restaurant in the hotel is not cheap at all, and the portions are very small. We were mortified when we ordered two dishes and received very small plates. I suppose you could call it 'Gourmet Cooking', but it isn't gourmet really. The main problem we had is that saw on the hotel website that there was free internet. But when we got there, we were told that it was indeed free but only for 30 minutes. After that we had to pay. Needless to say, this gave us an unpleasant feeling and we were not very impressed.

the towels cant be use because they smell very bad.

Very nice staff. They remembered me from my previous visit and treated me like a regular customer. Shuttle to the airport.

I was located in a ground-floor room, and phone reception wasn't excellent. Not their fault, though, I suppose. M

The room price and the location re the airport are very good.

The bar, given the limited options locally, is well over priced!

Perfect stay location for early morning flight out of Malpensa, not 4 star but exceptable, Nice little Italian restuarant opposite front door if you wish to go out.

The hotel is attractive and very convienent to get to the airport. The shuttle offered excellent service. The breakfast was typical Italian and very good. There is a bar available for cocktails which and a very nice restaurant next door for dining.

The original desk clerk when we checked in was rather curt. She did not make us feel welcome. However, her replacement which I believe was a pregnant gal was adorable and very friendly.

Very good when you have a flight early in the morning. Efficient bus shuttle to the airport. Comfortable rooms. Silent hotel. Kind staff (receiption desk, bus shuttle)

Dining/breakfast room undergound and a bit sad.

I had a late arrival and early departure from Malpensa Terminal 2 and it could not have been any easier with First Hotel's shuttle service with prompt pick-up and only a few minutes between hotel and airport. All of the staff I encountered offered top class customer service.

The First Hotel was the perfect hotel for anyone flying out of Malpensa who wants to overnight close to the airport. The convenient reliable shuttle service was very important to us and we were not disappointed. There are few amenities surrounding the hotel, but we did find a nice little restaurant a couple of blocks away. The outdoor seating area at the hotel was very nice. We found Malpensa airport to be inconveniently located; the First Hotel helped to simplify our travel plans.
