It was a nicely renovated hotel. The location was OK but that is if you don't mind walking a bit to the Metro station. From Porta de la Pia and Piazza Fiume however which was 2 minutes away there were buses to take you either downtown or to another metro station.Breakfast was OK. Room Service hours. Breakfast |

Very nice clean rooms, many nice restaurants, good breakfast, helpful people, good connections with bus (line 38,80,88) or metro (10 min walk). Some noise from outside (traffic, opera singers...). No free internet (it's 2009!). (Wifi = 5 euro per day, terminal use = 5 euro per hour). |

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the location, as I arrived Rome by train, is at a walking distance from Termini Station and the breakfast is actually very good |

The staff was very helpful. Location is near to buses but not that close to Termini. Also far for all the tourist attractions of Rome. Beds were very small in the room and we did not get the king bed that was mentioned in the booking, |

Breakfast was good with nice choice of food, lobby and bar nicely designed, quite quiet as for the Rome hotel. The double room on te 4th floor was small though it had a good size terrace - handy when the weather is nice. Location not perfect if someone wants to be close to Rome's monuments. |

We stayed in two different rooms during our stay due to a sidetrip to another town in the middle. The first room was on the fifth floor and had a large seating area, huge bathroom, and wonderful outdoor patio. The second room on the third floor was rather small but still clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and fresh. The staff was courteous, but was not very helpful with providing information about area restaurants or directions. They did provide minimal information, but a concierge service would have been helpful, especially since the hotel is a fair distance from the city center (15 minute walk to Spanish Steps and close to bus routes, but without buying a bus map from the tabacchi shop it was difficult to determine what lines to take). |

Very nicely designed rooms, very clean. Very good location, 5 minutes from metro and less from bus. Very close to Borghese gallery. Lots of very nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Good breakfast (scrambled eggs and bacon). |

Majority of the staff helpful and friendly.Room comfortable. Liked the open area on the 5th floor. Plenty of hangers -but none for skirts/trousers.Nowhere to hang towel etc. in bathroom.Shower screen could have been larger and something to hold onto required when stepping out of it.Sink not very practical.Breakfast adequate but the queue for the one coffee machine........Slow to clear tables. |

Each room had a lovely terraced area outside of the room which meant we could sit outside and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening. Also, there was a cute little supermarket around the corner that sold beer in bottles of 69 cents, cartons of wine for 64 cents and litre bottles of water for 17 cents - bargain. Funny smell in the bathroom sometimes, had to keep the door shut to stop it stinking the room out. Also, no natural light in the bathroom and very dark wallpaper so not easy to see in the only mirror in the room. |
