Score from 487 reviews Good
Good public transport into Rome. Staff were very accommodating and super helpfull. Supermarket close. Shuttle bus operates regularly along the long access road. Comfortable bungalows.
Dog park next door was a bit noisey but not a big problem.
Close to the city Good local transportation Nice Restaurant Surounding area Best info kiosk ever and helpful personel
Pay for wi-fi a bit moisty bungalow Dogs barking next door
Micro oven expected.
- grass and gardens was perfectly managed - swimming pool is great - information office with friendly personnel - we had offen used wooden patio (big plus) - everythink around was great except the bungalov
- bungalows were wet all nights and something smells there - we had opened each window all the time being there, even in cold nights so we slept bad - due opened windows we had found few bugs inside
perfect location, really close to the city, beautiful nature in the park, decent breakfast in low prices, friendly staff(speaking excellent english- not realy usual in italy-), small price for such quality.
u have to walk in a really busy street to from the train station to the hotel. for us it was ok, but i wouldnt recommend it if you have really young kids.
Excellent price and quality!
The neighbours were very noisiy, there is no regulation for this.
Pool was refreshing and clean On site italian restaurant lasagna Easy to get into rome on metro or by bus
Dogs barking (site next to a dog school)
On site restaurant
Lack of choice and poor basic accommodation
Location was near the tram stop and supermarket although you had to across a busy motorway slip road to access the train station. It would be great for kids but only for a few days at best.
The cabin was damp. There is no way to stop this as the cabins have light walls. I couldn't sleep as my chest started getting chesty because of dam. After a shower the steam would create even more dam. Check in took 20 mins.
staff was nice, helpful, and available. price was cheap
location was outside of downtown Rome. had to take a train into downtown, although it was only about 1.5 euros each way and 10-15 min. area was somewhat undeveloped and dirty
it is near to the train station, near to shop groceries (carrefour nearby) and clean place
Cabin/bungalow a little small and tight but ok
Good bungalows with plenty of Space . nice place for relaxing and gathering after sightseeing in Rome.
Hated the loud and tasteless music at the pool.
I liked the price and the clean room/bathroom.
Breakfast is so-so. The hotel is far from the downtown (only by bus/taxi)
Good place for campers
Barking dogs quite strange breakfast
Convenience of restaurant on property that served a nice dinner. Breakfast buffet. Pool. Very friendly, helpful staff. LOVED that there is staff on hand to specifically help with travel and museum tickets!
LOUD "party" music blasting at the pool, complete with inappropriate teenage groping. An overall damp, sticky feeling in our room that never went away. STRONG bleach smell in our room.
Good info point explaining how to reach the historic center of Rome
Very small "house", bad shower, no kitchenette, nothing looked like the pictures.
The main advantage is its location: less than 10 mins from Piazza Mancini and than another 20 mins to get you to the St.Pieter's doorstep or Piazza Popolo. It cannot be really easier. There is also excellent staff at the information centre - you can buy public transport tickets and get loads of practical assistance in planning your Rome visit. It was also quiet allowing for good night rest and air conditioning in the mobile home was blessing in August. We did not used bar or restaurant or swimming pool so I cannot comment - they looked ok though.
Well, the capri mobile home we rented was a little tired: bathroom floor was flooded after each shower, without being careful water tap shooted water at the belly instead into the sink, beds were making noises and blankets as well as all decoration looked at being at least 20 years old. At 4am there were automatic sprinklers comming to life just outside our window imitating noise of heavy rain. Fuse blew off once leaving us in dark one evening (very quickly repaired by the staff member though). We arrived after sunset and it was quite difficult to find our mobilehome - the numbers are not easly visible from the pathways and mobilehome types are mixed making all numbering confusing. Swimming caps are required to use swimming pool. In summary good place for someone looking to spend daytime/nightime in Rome and come back only to sleep, but I would rather not plan to stay there for holidays.
Liked the restaurant and food, the bungalow, the pool and area, the ease of travelling into Rome and the distance, the breakfast.
The long walk to bungalow when shuttle bus not running, the walk to train without good footpath at side of busy main road, the gravel uphill path to my bungalow when trying to pull a case.
Pool area great after a long day walking around Rome. Food in the restaurant excellent. Staff in information office great. My husband and I spent three wonderful days here and we will be returning in the near future. There is a supermarket across the road very cheap.
Make sure you have comfortable shoes.
Free Wi-fi everywhere
This place is a little gem. It's only 13 mins in a taxi to the Vatican City which is amazing (20 euros ) The staff are excellent very helpful and pleasant. The campsite is very peaceful with a lovely pool area.
Just needed a freezer for ice cubes and lollies
Location is perfect - very green and quiet, but its easy to get to the city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant, where they make delicious pizza and pasta!))) Nice pool and a pool party with a live music))
Humidity is very high at the place, so it was a little bit wet in the bungalow, especially the bed linen. You can't use the pool without the swimming cap, so you can buy it in the pool bar, but it costs 2 euro! So the pool is not that "free"...
It's your own little bungalow. Spacious for four people. TV and shower worked good. Very cute for camping type trip.
You have to pay for wifi :( not told this at desk. one of the beds were not comfortable.
close to rome. public transport - train pool
wearing bathing cap in pool??? Noisy groups expensive food and drink All Rome attractions undergoing repair. trevi fountain spanish steps, colessium and circus maximus all covered and not seen.
