Price represented good value. Reasonably easy to travel to and back from Rome each day. Train station is 2-3 minutes walk away. Canteen-style "restaurant" next door offering quick and cheap meals. There is a very nice restaurant if you walk into the "town" (although this involves a 10 minute walk through a dodgy-looking area). Buffet breakfast is limited but more than ok (and I would consider good value given the price). Room was slightly on small side and bathroom was very dated and in need of updating. TV was not functioning and we had to ask twice to get this resolved (just needed tuning in). When we arrived at the train station on our first night we appeared to be in middle of nowhere - no sign of hotel (better directions needed on their website). Just leave the station on same platform side as you alight from the train, turn right and walk up the hill about 200m, take first left and you will see the hotel. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel and the room was clean. If you tolerate 20-30min train rides to the city each time, this hotel has a value for money. OK breakfast. No internet in the rooms, not even wireless. The overall design of the rooms and some of the facilities needs a good upgrade or a face lift. Too far from the city if you want Rome at your doorstep. |

Front desk very helpful. Near train to Rome, which is very convenient. It's very difficult to reach by car, even with GPS (major shortcomming). Breakfast buffet is fine yet constrained by space limitations and can't cope with demand when hotel is full. |

Good price for Rome, spacious room, competent and helpfull staff, quite easy to get to Rome center, very good breakfast Surroundings aren't very nice, lift operates from second floor that's why you have to carry all your luggage through narrow corridor and lot of stairs, decoration is little bit old-fashioned and needs refreshing |

Excellent breakfast and value for money. The first night we found some black spots on the pillowcase and the sheet. We found the same black spots the second night. So, we were sure they didn’t change bed linen everyday. Besides, I want to inform other tourists to take extra care when dine in Rome. The first day we went to ‘gusto’ Pizzeria restaurant, in Piazza Augusto Imperatore 9, for lunch. (We went to there as it was recommended by lonely planet French version) The waiter put a jug of tap water and a basket of bread on our table before we ordered our food. Later we checked the bill we found they charged us 20 euros more. Then we saw the breakdown of the bill and found they charged us 4 euros for the tap water, 4 euros for the bread (though we only ate two slice of bread) and plus 15% service charge on total amount. In France, the tap water and bread are always free. As it was our first lunch in Rome, my husband and I had on idea whether the tap water and bread were free or not. We got the feeling that they cheated tourists. |

The staff was awesome and the breakfast was decent. The price is what got me to stay in this hotel, it is a budget hotel, but quite nice. Even though I have put this hotel in buget/backpackers, there probably needs to be a class between that and Family, as I met and saw many couples and families (with older children 16yrs+) staying here as well. Need better instructions from La Celsa stop to hotel. I arrived in the eraly evening and asked a local who had gotton off the same train, she did not speak english but I managed fine. When you get off train, go UP the hill to your right until first road, turn left and you are there 200-250 meters. |

maybe their attitude... the distance from the city this hotel although has a address with Rome at the end it is not located in Rome so you will loose your time and you can not use the hotel as much as you may need... |

The room was very dirty as well as the bathroom. Far from the city center and difficult to reach with public transportation after 22.00. There was no fridge pr mini bar in the room, there was no elevator for almost 2 floors (then there is one) |

Good breakfasts, good coffee, quiet, chilled, quick accesst to city for a good price. Short walk to La Celsa station and then 20 mins and you are in the city. Last train back is about 10:30 pm but after that you can easliy get the bus 2 and then change to the 200 and your back in half an hour, no problem! No - I was pleasently suprised at how good it all was given some of the criticisms on the web site. |

Nothing except the breakfast buffet !! To me, it is not a 3 stars hotel ... Very bad location, too far from Roma ... There is nothing around (no restaurant) ... I stayed there 4 nights but they did not change the sheets !!! what a shame !! |

The staff was nice, helpful and perfect in English, arriving you get a map, a timetable of the trains and a guide how to reach the hotel even if you miss the last train. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean, towels and bath gel packages are of great number. The breakfast they offer is a good start for your daily city tour (rolls, sausages, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, croisson, jam, yoghurt, many kinds of coffee, you can eat and drink as much as you wish, honestly, this was a main part of our choice with three teenager boys), you can reach the city within half an hour and the walk between the hotel and the station is not more than 5 minutes. You really get what you wish for this money, I surely return to this hotel if Ivisit Rome again |

The only plus in the room is that the AC works. The staff is very unfriendly, the manager (the guy wearing a suit) for example denied me access to the computer in the lobby claiming that it was broken, I jiust happen to be a computer scientist, when I complained he would not give me his name and told me that the owners of the hotel were his superiors (and would not give me way to contact them. The Hotel is really far from the City, I would not recommend to book this hotel if you wish to see Rome. You waste a lot of time going back and forth from Rome. and at ceirtan times it is impossible to go to Rome. For example: I wanted to take the first train to Pisa (around 6:30 am) but there was no way to go to Rome from the Hotel as the first train passes by "La Celsa" around that time. |

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. Little information about transport to hotel after 22:30 (10:30 pm) from city center. Metropolitan train is out of order. Take tram (bus) n. 2 from Flaminio to Piazza Macini (maybe Macini) and than change bus n. 200 to La Celsa - you must asking bus driver where is bus station. |
