When taking a shower the hot water would stop running and switch to freezing cold water after 3 minutes

The rooms where clean and equipped, small but it is enough, since you are going to be the whole day visiting the city. Everything worked properly (fridge, tv, security box, air conditioner, lights). The rooms were clean everyday. The girl at the front desk is really nice, she helped us with all our doubts very kindly. She arranged us transport to the airport(we were 8 people), and the price was good. A basic breakfast is included, but if you pay 2 more euros(or 2.50 can´t remember exactly) you get an excellent very complete breakfast.

Everything was really good. What is not very comfortable is that the front desk is in a different building. But really close so, it is not a problem.

Stayed at Flann O'Brien rooms for 4 nights this week. Rooms very nice, bathroom - has all amenities needed with good shower. Room facilities IE Free air con, WI-FI, television, fridge in room you can put drinks in. All staff were very helpful, great service and the food was lovely. Would stay here again, extra big thank you to the man who supports Milan and the chap for Sicily. Walked from the accommodation to the Coliseum, Vatican, Trevi fountain etc. Located a short walk from supermarkets and Termini station. Would highly recommend.

I really liked how friendly the staff was, especially the lady at reception she was a great help to us. The location was good and our room was decent and cleaned/towels changed daily. Wifi was also good :) Breakfast was amazing, i loved the sweet croissant which was provided. Overall me and my partner had a wonderful time and i would return. Thank you <3

location was great, stayed at Via Firenze-elevator available, staff was kind and friendly, room a bit small but well decorated and clean

the room had one window that we had to keep always closed: to too much noise from others a/c outside and there where ppl walking by from an external coriador infront of it

We requested a quiet room as we were unsure about the noise level being above an Irish pub. The room we were given was across the road from the pub and was very quiet and private. Great wifi. Free breakfast at the pub was good, and you can pay slightly more for breakfast upgrade if you want something more substantial. Right next to the pub was a laundromat/internet place run by a very helpful man. Printing services available which was handy. Irish pub dinner was good too. Excellent staff both at the pub and for the accommodation. Highly recommend, don't be put off by it being affiliated with a pub.

Our air con unit kept bringing up errors so we couldn't always get it to work, but wasn't a big deal as generally it was cool enough without it. Smallish room but for rome I don't think you can beat this place for value!

Great location in the middle of Rome. You can walk to all touristic sites :-)

the heating system didn't work properly and since the windows are not completely isolated, during the night somehow it was cold. The breakfast was not that much to be enough for 1 person! BTW maybe it's my problem because I like to eat a lot for breakfast!!

Excellent location to explore the Ancient Rome, staff is wonderful, room was spotless and warm , value for money is incredible.Reviews totally helped us choose our stay here -it was worthed. We expected the room to be small but equipped as advertised ,they can be located on different buildings which are 2 min away from the 2 pubs and one of the staff will gladly show you around. If you have breakfast included in your rate do not be disappointed when you get only a croissant , 2 slices of toast /butter/jam a coffee and a juice -this is a normal ''light''italian breakfast(we have friends who lived in Italy to worn us about it)- you can ''upgrade'' for a small cost to an full irish breakfast lets say for a difference of euro 3. If you decide to have your lunch/dinner in the pubs-restaurant further discounts apply which is handy - eating in Rome can prove to be very expensive. If you are not a picky person you will find this B&B as the perfect choice.Rome is amazing!!!!

walls are thin so you can expect to hear other guests talking.
