Flann O'Brien Rooms

駅、レストラン、マック、バス亭近く立地は非常によい。　用意された部屋の窓からの眺めもよい。　Toninoの面倒見が非常によい。　早朝チェックアウトを伝えると前日夜にクロワッサン・トースト・水などもって来てくれた。　＋数ユーロで店の朝食メニューのグレードアップが可能。

FYI, レセプションがバーの中、ちょっと分り難い。　そこから通りを横断してレジデンツの建物まで２００ｍぐらい歩く。　色々な相談はチェックインの時にやっておく必要がある。　持たされる鍵が多い（入り口2種、部屋、部屋の電気）。　バスタブはなくシャワー室。　朝食はバーまで行く必要がある。

清潔で可愛らしい部屋で、快適でした。

少し場所がわかりにくかった。

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, staff was very kind and heplfull, rooms were small but nice and clean and breakfast was excellent! Rooms are situated on the two different locations, one is above the Flann O'Brien pub and the other is 3 minutes walking distance from there, so if you're travelling with a friends ask for the rooms on the same location.

Nothing, you don´t feel safe in this hotel ´cause you don´t have assistance. Besides it my mother and I had to hear a inconvenient comentary from the manager about brazilian women when we did our chek in. They should ask from their employees a little more of education and good maners.

Internet doesn´t show the things below, so I ask everyone to read before booking :  this is not a hotel but some rooms in the second floor of a building, with no reception / the check in is inside a bar completely out of the place that you´ll stay/ there´s no reception and nobody during the night or day to call or ask if you need something/ the rooms are inside a building (old building) were you can hear the noise of  everyone that comes in and out of, water falling throught the tubes ( this is a old building all the tubes are out the walls) ´cause all windowns turns to the middle of the building where tubes are . If you try to ask any help to the people of the bar, just the manager, without him no way and hes not there eveytime.

Tonino is a very helpful host. The location is excellent for price (near metro, near central station), clean and new room. Wi-fi.

Lobby not at the room location but it is OK (not far, across street).

Location is ideal very close to city center and Termini station. Stuff very professional and friendly, fast check-in and check-out, no problem. Nice breakfast. I think it’s excellent place to stay and I hope to come back there! Thank you.

as we booked 4 rooms it was great to be accommodated together on the same floor, also it was not a problem when we requested an extra bed

It was excellent for such price.You feel at home.

Very quiet, great location close to train terminal and major attractions. Breakfast provided and upgraded were excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bathroom very modern with towel heaters. Modern decor in an old building.. we stayed in the annex and just loved it.

For us the shower stall was fine but a bit small. For a very large person it might be a tight squeeze.

where we stayed was not in flanns o brians but across the road in a aperment block .

Staffs are friendly, food is good and is excellent for its location on train and buses terminal as well asplaces of interests.

Location of room accomodation is ackward to get to and room size is on the small side but it is clean.

The hotel room was in another building 5 minute walk away across busy road and up a quiet side road....was more like an apartment - no facilites in the room - no water as promised in the main fridge in the storage room - no sky as described - unwarranted phone calls in the night and morning - walls paper thin........absolute rip-off money wise - would not recommend to anyone.
