- Good private parking area (but needs to be paid separately) - 2 big terraces on the highest floor - Pizza restaurant in the same building (but nobody speaks English!) - Supermarket available on the same street - Close to Rome G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) if you are visiting Rome and neighborhood - TV channels for children - Comfortable room and beds - Stylish furniture - 2 air conditioners is a big plus
- On the highest floor (room with terrace) very poor WiFi signal strength (problem with Internet access) - Many additional supplementary costs not highlighted sufficiently (cleaning, bed linen) - Kitchen equipment could be improved (not sufficient, not all guaranteed things weren't available from the very beginning) - kettle, microwave, toaster - Not so intuitive rules regarding garbage disposal - Dangerous not safe shelf above the main bed (hanging too low)!!!
Good location to the beach. Very spacious, and veranda's to enjoy the weather. Frequent contact with the landlord; very useful.
Located in trendy Trastevere area - nice restaurants close-by. The welcoming staff-member (Patrizia) was fabulous! She gave us a wonderful personal itinerary to follow in Rome. Wifi was fine.
We had some trouble locating the small street the flat is in. Via della Gensola. But once we contacted Patrizia, we found it straight away.
Handy to train into Rome, supermarket and pizza restaurant and has secure parking. We were met at the flat and given great local info on what to do in Rome. Fully equipped for cooking with a good fridge and freezer. Also had great support from Massimo when needing assistance with WiFi. Recommended
Not the easiest to find if you haven't done your homework. Shower is small with a curtain that will let water accumulate on the floor.
