Was very clean
In spite of the promises it was 15 fast walking minutes from termini station in the wrong side- bad neighborhood, not even one decoration on walls, tiny toilets, have to be very slim to get into the shower and very flexible to go to toilet, no one to arrange the heating and thin walls and roof so every whisper and word of neighbors is easily heard
Excellent location in the city;Comfortable and sweet home, there are everything you need.
It was very secure
We didnt get in the room till 4pm and we got there at 1.30 4hat was bad
1. Kind host, who introduct whole rome to us; 2. Comfortable and sweet home, there are everything you need; 3. Excellent location in the city.
The owner was easy to contact and very helpful.
The 'apartment' was very small and not really close to the town centre. You also have to pay a €60 cleaning fee which is absolutely ridiculous for the size of the apartment. Unless you are cooking all of your own food, I would just stay in a hotel!
The flat is in 20 minutes on foot from Roma Termini or equally from Vittorio Emanuele or from Manzoni metro stations. It is in no distance from La Sapienza University, supermakets and anything you need for cooking is nearby. You can live as if at home, enough space for two, with a possibility to accomodate at least two more by a sacrifice of some comport.
Water force at the toilet pan could have been better.
Great location, nice apartment, we had a great time. The lady who came to meet us gave us soo much information about Rome and where to go, and the history of Rome. I have kept that map so when i go back to Rome i can see the places that she reccomennded that i did not have time to see. I would return to this apartment again.
They have to make sure that wifi is working.
Big rooms, nice kitchen. Location is very close to Termini and easy to go everywhere in the city
There are few subjectivity in price. For example the price is subject to certain cost such as cleaning, towels and wi fi. I rather have them on a lumpsum basis
Walking distance from train station, well equipped and clean kitchenware, friendly staff and provided us with plenty information of Rome.
The location is excellent
The stuff not available 24H only on call.
Patrizia welcomed us when we arrived and was worth a guide book on her own. She spend a lot of time with us, helping us to orientate ourselves, pointing out all the sites on the map, and giving us tips in where to get the best gelato, etc. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
It was a bit of a walk from station, but there is a bus stop close, if you can figure the bus routes in Rome
The location is good. And the apartment was clean and so good. The woman was nice she gave us a map with advices for some places to see in rome, she was kind. We liked our stay there...
The location was great, the apartment was awesome and very stylish
There were A LOT OF HIDDEN FEES! The girl that we deal with was very rude and did not care. We felt the add and all the fees are not disclosed in the website. Please make sure to know you have to pay extra for everything, wifi, lining and there is a deposit.
All was prepared and clean when we arrived. Good flat to accommodate big family staying together. Good affordable price with the facilities equipped for us.
Had to climb up the top level which can be tiring when you have small kids with you and to store their buggy up with us. it was a bit difficult to locate the flat at the beginning.
Connectivity with railway station was good
Room space was very less. Abd there were many unnecessary charges
lacation was excellent. 12 mins walk from roma termini, 5 mins from the metro station and 10 mins walk from the colosseo. the reception and send off by petrizia was very nice n helpful
the ac was centrally switched off altho it was 32' C outside. hence kinda unpleasant but we were out during daytime so it ws ok. at night we had to sleep wid the windows open since it was getting hot.
The location is bad , far from Termini station and the historic center of Rome . The service provided by the owner (or employee ) Patricia was terrible , very bad . Upon booking by Booking, there are conditions that are not clear , among them payment of daily internet , linens, bath towels and pillowcases have to be paid out. The value of 60.00 euros is charged for cleaning after check out. The " G " has no windows , only vent in the ceiling , split with dirty filters that caused unbearable odor . The split can not be used. Adiantea not complain to the owner because the employee Patricia is uncompromising . We try to give the reservation but were coerced in some way because she said debitaria credit card totaling . PS : Reserve the apartment for 5 people but there were only 3 beds dressed , no other game sheets . Said it was complimentary because the apartment was intended to University students . UNACCEPTABLE . WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN THIS APARTMENT OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY OF Flatinrome
Great apartment, very close to Termini, very close to the center of Rome. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you stay there you will have a great time with your friends!
They should provide at least tea towel
The ladies whom we met were so nice and gave us a lot of information about Rome ane Italy.
-The words that ask us to pay for the bedding are camouflaged somewhere in the conditions, not openly shown. We hate this most. - No wifi - top floor without lift nor warning.
Although near the train station, the area was safe.
The price should include the home linen and towels, final cleaning, overcoming the time of check-in does not require extra charge. The fact that even though we paid 60 euro for cleaning, we were told by a superior tone to take out the trash and the last day to arrange everything as we found. Communication was done under the door tickets, including that bother neighbors, although Italians next to us talking loudly until around midnight. An attitude a bit high, annoying, we were told "amicably" not lose access card because we pay another fee. The final price was a little lower than the hotel, but we felt comfortable, we spoke in a whisper because communicating door through which one could hear everything.Check-out was made as was done in the old days in Romania: "Let me see if you stole something." It is big difference between the hotel staff and how we are treated here, but perhaps it is company policy that still has customers.
the staffs are nice, give us many travel information
A little be too far from station!! 20 min walk and we had big luggages.
Location is walking distance to train station. The staffs was very friendly and helped us a lot with plenty of explanations about Rome.
Great location, very close to Termini station. The house is fantastic, very comfortable and cozy. We could not have chosen better for a very low price. The staffs are very friendly and helped us a lot with plenty of explanations about Rome and its points of interest! Also we were given a "bonus", were very kind to us and made us an upgrade to the apartment we stayed in a bigger and better apartment for the same price, which undoubtedly was very good! Thank you for this fantastic opportunity Flatinrome
