Everything is good. Excelent balance quality price
The room, bathroom & (separate) loo were small, tired & awkward. They mucked up our booking & although they found us another hotel for a night, we could have done without the time & inconvenience of packing up & moving between hotels. If this had been our first night in Rome, instead of coming back for a couple of nights before we left, we would have been more displeased. The whole hotel, apart from the sparkling lobby, seemed a bit tired & seedy.
Very small rooms
Nice spacious modern room. Great Wi-Fi connection. Staff went the extra mile to be helpful. Easy to get everywhere from hotel. Breakfast was sufficiently varied and interesting. Free use of a safe and air con.
No kettle in room. Views from room 12 were of a back yard of high rise building.
elevator noise, lumpy pillows, couldn't turn the heat off, no hot water. Would not stay there again.
Breakfast, location, warm rooms, helpful staff.
Noise from some construction work and from the other rooms. There was no hot water in the morning (between 8-9) when probably most of the guests take a shower.
Excellent position, Internet Free, Nice brekfast room even if too small
No parking, Old hotel with noises
Very nicely furnished room, excellent location, cleaning stuff very kind, fine breakfast
(male) reception staff lazy and not accomodating
Location, staff, value for money
the size of the room was ok. it was 15 min walk from fontana
the only thing you can see from the window is the light well, no view. poor breakfast.
Location was great, close to Metro so exploring Rome from here no problem. Some lovely restaurants close by also. Hotel was basic but clean and good value for money considering its location
Breakfast wasn't great
I went with my husband and my two child , the room was very very very small ,we could'nt move, the breakfast very very bad, wifi is not free and once you pay it does not work.
The breakfast staff, the breakfast in general, the location, the air conditioning.
Layout of the room (desk off in a side nook with no lighting), layout of the bathroom (nowhere to put toiletries inside the shower, for example), some of the staff was great but at least one was very unhelpful and another was nice enough but pretty clueless.
