The hotel has easy access to city's centre (Bus No 22) and there is a free of charge parking area if you are traveling by car You need an adaptor if you want to plug in your laptop. |

The staff was very helpful. Rooms did not look anything like they do on the pictures. I rented a Quadruple room and there was barely room to walk inside the room. The staff was able to change us to another room and was a lot better. We left some potato chips out one morning and by the time we came back there were ants all over the bag. |

The room size and facilities are very good. Close to bus stop that takes you to the heart of the city directly. The breakfast could be better. |

Free parking, convenient public transport to city centre and comfortable. Whilst the inclusive breakfast was very acceptable, the dinner menu was extremely limited, of a very poor standard and relatively expensive. |

Very good price for Florence. The hotel have own free parking. The loundry for the absolutely reasonably prices. The hotel is the best choice for the quests with own car. |

The room was good enough and good breakfast, the staff was nice to reach to the hotel you have to take the bus, and is very busy all the time, and with bags is difficult. |

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bus to the historic center of Florence stopped just outside the hotel door and was a 10 minute ride. The free hotel parking lot was very much appreciated. |

Clean, calm location, private parking (with no cost), free wifi internet access, good breakfast, nice staff. It is not a problem, but one must aknowledge the hotel is out of the city center. But it is easy to reach the city center. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. If you are coming with a car and don´t mind taking the bus, it is certainly a good place to stay. |

I did like my room, the breakfast also. I enjoyed the fact that the parking was free of charge (not common in Florence). The bathroom was a little small. |

The hotel was so clean, cleaning stuff was doing at excellent level. The hotel stuff were kind and helpfull, breakfast served in hotel was also good enough with respect to price, hotel is located near to bus station where we could easly take bus to the city center. Yes, the internet conecction was so poor inside the hotel. |

One server in dining room very friendly and gracious, the water in the thermos wasn't hot enough for tea, so she brought boiling water each morning for us. Parking included and no charge was main reason for staying so far from center. One good thing about shower great hot water and good showerhead. Bed was comfortable and having a balcony was a plus. Extra blankets in closet helpful. Decor a bit dated. Shower somewhat small, curtain sticks to you for lack of room and floor gets wet easily. Breakfast just ok. Coffee for a country with excellent coffee wasn't good. Room a bit cold at night. |
