Sijainti hyvä Firenzen ja Toskanaan tutustumiseen autolla liikkuen. Hotellilla on oma autopaikoitus, tosin pieni, mutta riitti näin sesonkikauden ulkopuolella. Aamiainen hyvä ja runsas. Pääkadun (Viale Alessandro Guidoni) liikenne häiritsi jonkin verran, vaikka huoneemme sijaitsi sivukadun puolella. Vaimo kaipasi käsisuihkua. |

Hyvä hinta/laatu-suhde, siistit tilat ja lähellä lentokenttää. Palveleva ja asiallinen henkilökunta. Sijainti kaukana nähtävyyksistä ja ostospaikoista, tosin bussiyhteydet toimivat. Aamiainen melko vaatimaton. |

Close to the airport for an early morning flight and a taxi was readily available to to take us to the airport. The hotel is getting a little dated and worn. |

the location which is outside the city but can be easily accessible by bus to town, the garage for safe parking n the simple breakfast which is enough to start off the day with. the aircondition wasn't functioning. informed the staff but they didn't entertain us and the lifts are too small for a 7-storey hotel. |

Very nice and comfortable. The room was clean and big enough. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's always a private park on the back of the hotel that is very important for the heavy traffic of Florence!!! |

Good choice if you have a car cause it has a few free parking slots. Connection to city center is very convenient by bus, around 20 minutes. Parking in the city center is almost impossible, thus it turned to be a good choice for us. The comfort of the hotel is limited, but it is reasonable for the price you pay. The heating did not work. Apparently it was due to restrictions from the authorities (we were told hotels are only allowed to start heating the rooms after the authorities give their approval, which by late october had not happened yet). I don't know whether that is true or not but in any case the room was rather cold, so we cancell the second night. The hotel staff understood our request and no penalty was charged. |

Nice room ,good breakfast and good service and especially important the fact that there is a bus just in front of the hotel which passes frequently and takes you to the city center in 15-20 minutes.There is a parking and I left the car there because it is impossible to park in the center of Florence some noise at night from the elevators or some kind of compressor |

Good rate for location, only 20mins on the 22 bus to Florence, for which you can buy bus tickets from reception. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Good tourist information available. |

The rooms were very pleasingly appointed. I'd give it a 3 star compared to the 1 star room that we paid only 9 Euros less for near the train station. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety for a cold buffet and was attractivlely arranged in a pleasant room.Lobby vending machines included a coffee machine that provided many choices and good coffee. Beds were very firm.Staff behind the desk were unable to accept payment upon arrival to save time in early am getting to the airport or to provide wash cloths as the note in our room said were available upon request. Nor could the receptionist leave the counter to unlock the secure parking facility in the early am - turned out it was unlocked. |

There was no porter or help on arrival. While the hotel was old and small, there was not a pleasant atmosphere. The lift was tiny. The services in the hotel didnt really exist as, there where no other guests around. Poor breakfast buffet. Clearly it was hotel, for someone looking just for a bed. Not suitable for a family holiday. |

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean with an adequate bathroom. The No 22 bus stopped outside the hotel and brought you into central Florence in less than 20mins. The bus route was easy to get to from all the major attractions in the city. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and the breakfast was decent. The coffee at breakfast could have been better! |

Good value for money. Breakfast did not have a lot of choice. For the size of the hotel we were dissappointed with the bufffet break fast. Also, it is about 25 minutes by bus from the main attractions. We realised there were cheaper hotels close to the main attractions. However, the hotel was good ignoring the location. |

the price was ok, and there were regular buses to get into the city. even though there were regular buses in to the city, the trip was a bit long. the internet speed was very slow. the decor of the hotel was very outdated and the beds were rather uncomfortable. |

Good location. 20-30 minutes by bus to the center. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk distance. We could not catch the kettle within 3 days. Not enough space. It was obvious that the 4th bad does not fit there at all. Parking space is limited. If you come late than no space left. Breakfast is very poor. Coffee was always cold, juice is just a limonade etc. |
