Angajatul roman din holul hotelului ne-a fost de foarte mare ajutor.Raportul pret-calitate este foarte bun.

Atat parcarea subterana cat si cea de langa hotel au foarte putine locuri .Spatiul destinat micului dejun este foarte mic si trebuie sa astepti pana se elibereaza o masa. Pentru laptop aveti nevoie de adaptor.

Camerele sunt curate , serviciile zilnice prompte si eficiente, personalul execelent atat prin prisma primirii cat si a indrumarii si explicatiilor oferite vizavi de oras.

the location which is outside the city but can be easily accessible by bus to town, the garage for safe parking n the simple breakfast which is enough to start off the day with.

the aircondition wasn't functioning. informed the staff but they didn't entertain us and the lifts are too small for a 7-storey hotel.

Good choice if you have a car cause it has a few free parking slots. Connection to city center is very convenient by bus, around 20 minutes. Parking in the city center is almost impossible, thus it turned to be a good choice for us. The comfort of the hotel is limited, but it is reasonable for the price you pay.

The heating did not work. Apparently it was due to restrictions from the authorities (we were told hotels are only allowed to start heating the rooms after the authorities give their approval, which by late october had not happened yet). I don't know whether that is true or not but in any case the room was rather cold, so we cancell the second night. The hotel staff understood our request and no penalty was charged.

Nice room ,good breakfast and good service and especially important the fact that there is a bus just in front of the hotel which passes frequently and takes you to the city center in 15-20 minutes.There is a parking and I left the car there because it is impossible to park in the center of Florence

The rooms were very pleasingly appointed. I'd give it a 3 star compared to the 1 star room that we paid only 9 Euros less for near the train station. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety for a cold buffet and was attractivlely arranged in a pleasant room.Lobby vending machines included a coffee machine that provided many choices and good coffee.

Beds were very firm.Staff behind the desk were unable to accept payment upon arrival to save time in early am getting to the airport or to provide wash cloths as the note in our room said were available upon request. Nor could the receptionist leave the counter to unlock the secure parking facility in the early am - turned out it was unlocked.

Great service during the breakfast

Close to bus stop, easy to reach town centre.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean with an adequate bathroom. The No 22 bus stopped outside the hotel and brought you into central Florence in less than 20mins. The bus route was easy to get to from all the major attractions in the city. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and the breakfast was decent.

The coffee at breakfast could have been better!

Very good hotel for these money. Very nice staff, good breakfast, easy to reach the city center (bus stop 20 meters from the hotel). We liked everything

Excellent hotel for the price. Easy access to central Firenze. Good service from a nice hotel crew which have capable english skills.

the price was ok, and there were regular buses to get into the city.

even though there were regular buses in to the city, the trip was a bit long. the internet speed was very slow. the decor of the hotel was very outdated and the beds were rather uncomfortable.
